After a very... hot session, the bathroom was my first destination.

The moment I looked up, I saw myself in the reflection.

My lips were red and swollen,
my hair was in sticking out in every direction possible.

I quickly washed my face and tidied my hair. Memories of earlier kept flashing back as I stepped outside the bathroom. I shivered and remembered I still haven't got any decent clothes on.

I went to our bedroom where Brett was currently in. As I stepped inside, he was sitting on the chair, still on his beach attire. Everytime I looked at him, I'd instantly remember what happened earlier.

And I am embarrassed.

It's not that I'm embarrassed that it happened. He wasn't usually like that, even I wasn't. But uh, yeah, you get the point.

"You should... take a shower. It's getting cold," he said, sitting on the wooden chair. He, himself, was still slightly wet from the dip earlier.

"Yeah, I will," I reply quietly, rummaging through my bag. I finally found an outfit I could wear. As I turned back, I saw him staring. He immediately averted his gaze somewhere else.

"I'm gonna go to the bathroom," I announced. He nodded at me with a slight smile.

The shower I took felt like an eternity as I kept rethinking everything that happened earlier. After a very long discussion with myself, I finally took the courage to go out and face him.

As I sauntered my way towards our room, yet another annoying obstacle blocked my way. I sighed before lifting my gaze up to hers. Irritated, I tried to speak, but she beat mo to it.

Freaking twat.

"Hi. I just wanted to tell you that you rocked that swimsuit!" Luna cheerfully said.

I raised my eyebrows as suspicion creeped up my veins. She's being awfully nice to me, and it's blatantly obvious that it it an act. I didn't speak as I only stared at her. The twinkle in her eyes sparkled maliciously, I didn't like it. Her eyes looked around, obviously comfortable. She tucked her hands behind her as she pursed her lips before speaking.

"Oookay, I think... I should get going now," she smiled sheepishly as she tapped me on the shoulder. She whistled a merry tune as she swayed her hips back and forth, heading to the bathroom with clothes in hand.

I turned my head to look at her as she opened the restroom door and slammed it shut with a gentle click. I sighed in exasperation but somehow... feeling a bit anxious and agitated. I don't know why, but I'm getting bad vibes from her. I really don't trust that woman.

On my way to our bedroom, I was so deep into thinking that I bumped into a person. I looked up and saw Eddy with a nervous expression written all over his face.

"Hey, sorry." I apologized as I distanced a little.

"Uh, nah, it's alright," he says, his face pale as he ruffled his hair.

"You good?" I asked before I parted ways with him.

He hesitated before he sighed. "I'm really, really nervous... about later," he responded.
