Jisung gazed down at his cup, constantly being reminded of the fact that Minho had bought it for him while doing so. He didn't even bother thinking about where the two of them were going, he simply continued strolling in silence. That was until Minho spoke up.
«Hey, what do you think about going to Han river?»

Only then Jisung lifted his head to face the older with raised eyebrows. Han river? Wasn't that where couples usually went on dates and stuff? Why would Minho want to go there with Jisung? Was this some kind of date after all?
Jisung internally shook his head. No. No way, that was impossible. There had to be another plausible explanation.

«Uh, yeah, sure. Let's do that.» The brunet swiftly responded after having realized that he had waited too long to answer. As soon as he had said that, he returned his focus to the cup in his hands and decided to take a sip. The familiar taste of the beverage helped him relax a little and he was able to focus on the road ahead of him instead of the plastic cup. He didn't even notice Minho inching closer to him the slightest or their shoulders brushing occasionally as they walked.

Fortunately, Han river wasn't too far away, reminding Jisung of how lucky he was to live in Songpa which was right by the river and not far from the lively Gangnam. And of course Minho who happened to live in the same neighborhood, even if a little further away from Jisung.

«Hey, I hate to start a conversation like this, but I'm actually curious...»
Minho's phrase drew Jisung's full attention. With a confused expression on his face, he finally lifted his head to face the boy next to him. What could there be that Minho was curious about? Was he aware of the events of the party? Was he going to bring that up to Jisung?
Internally, the brunet began to fret, prepared for the worst-case scenario, and pondering what he would say to Minho.
That was only until the older spoke up again, though.

«What are you going to do after graduation? I mean, as soon as school starts again, we'll only have a few weeks left until we gotta start preparing for the CSATs, so...»
A wave of relief hit Jisung upon hearing what Minho actually wanted to talk about. But then again, he started feeling a little sad as he thought about graduating. His friends and him would go separate ways, possibly moving to other cities, or countries, to go to university. And Minho, with his intelligence, would probably go to the US or something, considering how smart he was. Jisung furrowed his eyebrows. He didn't want to finish school, it held all his fond memories with his friends.

«Hm, I'll try to get into SNU. Sociology.»
He paused, actually thinking about it for a second. That was everything he had worked for at school so far. To get into SNU and major in Sociology. And then get a job. And work for the rest of his life.
A part of him got a little mad at Minho for bringing up that topic, but he held back.
«What about you?» Jisung eventually asked Minho, raising his eyebrows, and before the latter  could answer, he jokingly added «I bet you'll move to the US and go to Harvard. I know you get like really good grades.»
