Chapter 11 - Revalation

Time skip: Assimilation Day

In these two years, sage and I have managed to accomplish many things; we made our first camera prototype and after many tests and tweaks we made a few variants and many different types of lenses. We also made our first smartphone, which we called Iris after the goddess of rainbows. The phone was modeled after the S20 but the front-facing camera is hidden under the glass and we finalized our production-ready communication ear cuffs named Hermes. The only thing left is to buy a factory, source raw materials, hire workers, source outlets to sell and profit. It sounds like a lot but I plan on working with Gideon and uncle Vincent since my goal is getting the tech to as many users as possible. In regards to the HyperLoop plans, we have the routes worked out for only Sapin and Elenoir since I have yet to get my hands on a map of Darv. 

Family wise I've kept in contact with my parents and found out that recently the twin horns members have all become A rank adventures with Jasmine, Adam, and Helen being promoted to AA rank. Thanks to information on elixir/potion production that I burrowed I was able to make four very special elixirs. 1) Black Dragon Pill – It increases the rate of mana purification by 160% for four hours. {To be auctioned off by Vincent} 2) 99% potion – When used by a skilled emitter can heal fatal wounds and reattach limbs. {To be auctioned off by Vincent} 3) 98% potion – When consumed it can heal most injuries and restore stamina. {To be auctioned off by Vincent} 4) Condensed Mana Crystals – Similar to the orb Arthur got from Wisdom, that was able to raise Tessia from orange core to silver core. {Too strong to be sold thus, I will only give this to people I trust.}

"Brat! Stop zoning out!" shouted Gramps.

"Sorry, it is so easy to get lost in thought..." I sheepishly replied.

"Anyways... are you ready to complete your assimilation?"

"Of course, I've been waiting for almost a third of my life," I said

"You have a horrible sense of humor, Art," Tess said with a completely straight face.

"Ouch, you wound me,"

"Ahem, sorry to interrupt this lover's quarrel but we have an assimilation to complete," Gramps stated, making Tess blush while I simply entered a meditative position with my back facing the two elves. I did not blush because I am in perfect control of my emotions at all times.

Gramps placed his hands on my back and started circulating some of his mana starting the final stages of my assimilation, I delayed it another five minutes so that Gramps and Tessia would be on the other side of the field training and them *Boom* 'Notice: assimilation process 100% completed, starting evolution'

'Evolution?' I questioned falling into darkness. Ash, is this ash!? Di-did I failed to protect Elenoir? No, no, no, no, no, no, I couldn't have failed.

"Calm down, this is not your future it is one of my many mistakes," said a monotone voice. Quickly looking around I saw him an older version of Grey, sitting on a pile of corpses. "It seems you don't remember everything that happened."

"Well, no shit sherlock, just look at his face," said a flaming wolf.

"Regis!?"

"Yes, now I know you want to fanboy over me and beg me for hours until I decide to give you my autograph but unfortunately, we do not have time for that."
