TBATE - Havaca Rises

Update!!

(TLDR: I'm NOT dropping it.)

Yeah, I know, we all hate these; seeing a dreadful author's note instead of a new chapter. But despite that, I would like to urge you to give this one a read.

You may have noticed that I haven't updated in over three months, and there's a good reason for this. Simply put, I'm stuck. During this time I would sit at my computer for a couple of hours, and at best I would write two, maybe three lines. In essence, I simply didn't know how I should continue the story, so much has changed from canon and so many plans were put in place that would not only put a wrench in the Asura's plans but also give Dicathen a huge advantage. So sticking with the events of the war arc just felt out of place and an injustice to the newfound power, Arthur and by extension, Dicathen now has.

In addition to that, I'm not satisfied with the overall quality of this fic. You see when I first published this story I was now getting into webcomics, fan fics, and light novels. There were about 7/8 tbate stories on here and most weren't enjoyable due to poor English skills (not to say I am exempted from said mistakes) yet still, I wanted to create my own story and share it with others. I wanted to put my own take on an overpowered, ruthless, yet still caring Arthur. 

And thus, this fic was born. With no real semblance of a plan, no structure, nothing. I wrote, what I wanted to write. This in hindsight gave a way to one major problem. When building a house, if the foundation is not stable then the house will eventually come tumbling down. My poor planning and lack of foresight, leave me in a situation where I simply do not know how to proceed. 

I can just continue writing, ignore those 'trivial' issues, and claim that it's just a fan-fics, so things like these are to be expected. But, I hold my work in high regard. And the story so far has missed that mark.

I'm not dropping the fic. I really enjoy writing and reading your guy's comments and takes on the chapters. But I think that I would start re-writing it. Although, I can not promise quick or timely updates as I am starting my second year of university as well as hoping to start working soon (you know once I actually get a job...) and I have also taken up other responsibilities that take up a good portion of my time. At the very least I can assure you all, the fic would not be abandoned.

So yeah, thanks lads and lasses for those for voted, commented, and read the story so far.

P.S. The harem thing was not working out so I have decided to remove that aspect from the story.
