Chapter 26

I had messed up big time. I had nowhere to go from here but down and I knew it. I had no idea what I was getting into as I walked into the room but it all felt so important and a little scary.

"I had asked P.J here to sit in the car downstairs but it seems something happened I presume?" Fresh asked, looking down to me for a response.

What was he wanting me to say? Oh you know the cars on fire and I ran to get help? Oh you know I missed you? I thought that you and that bitchy girl up here may be doing something? What was I going to say that could convince him?

"Well me and Cross saw P.J in the car downstairs and went to say hi! When they told us that you were up here we thought to invite them!" Blueberry said with a smile. He was a bad liar, that was for sure but he seemed to have pulled it off well. At least I thought that he did.

Alice had slithered her way to us "Hmm fine whatever, I don't care but we still need to discuss the new place."

New place? What was she talking about? Was Fresh moving and had wanted to keep it a secret? Gosh so many questions all going through my mind today, it was getting hard to tell what I was thinking and what was happening.

"Yea may as well get started with it all. Me and Blue would like to get moving now." Cross said with a sigh.

They all walked off into another room and I followed behind. From what I heard Fresh was going to sell his place to Blue and Cross. I had no idea where Fresh was thinking about going but I hoped he would do well. As they talked more and more I got tired and went back to the car. I guess that it was nice that I could listen in on it all but I felt like Fresh was hiding more and more from me now. What else was there that I needed to know about this man?

As I sat in the car I got my phone and started to text PaperCut. They were always so honest. I guess I should meet back up with them some time.

A while later Fresh came back. " Sorry I was gone so long kiddo."

" It's fine I guess. Why didn't you tell me you were moving?"

" Well, I guess it was going to be a surprise." He said looking down.
" What a surprise then." I mumbled

" Nightmare isn't doing well, I'm letting Blue have my place and he's going to be renting it to Nightmare to help him get on his feet a bit more, were hoping that it will make him want to get out of the house to be in a neighborhood with more people that he knows but were unsure how it will work out.."

The car ride was awkward after that. I had no idea what to say. Felt like that was happening a lot today.

(ok so like I just wanted to write so sorry if I'm gone for two months again. I don't have anything to say about being gone. I just lost my inspiration tbh lol. Also if I do write more I will NEED to reread what I wrote cause I don't even remember my plot line man.)
