Why did I do that.
I'm such an asshole. I shouldn't have done that at all. He was already having such a tough time.
"Fuck!"
I didn't even realize I said it out loud. But luckily nobody heard it but me.
Anyways, I have nothing I can do.
I don't have anything anymore. I'll do it.
I pull out the brown card and begin to dial the number listed.
I only have one chance anyway.
LATER
It's 7:00 in the morning, classical music is playing.
"What the hell?"
I don't remember what happened, I went to an address... and then I fell asleep.
But I can tell I'm playing this game right now.
I'm in it to win it.
I look at the clothing I'm wearing. Navy blue tracksuit, looks like it's specifically for sports... And my inscribed number is 233.
Multiple masked men come in, in green hoods. Their masks have symbols of some sort.
"Good morning players. Phoenix invites you to play a game. A game of multiple skills. The Adaptive Game."
Who is Phoenix? What's the Adaptive Game?
I tap a brown haired girl's shoulder and ask a question - her number is 420.
"Hey, what... is all this?"
"You're asking me what this is? I'm not sure either. It seems kind of suspicious, be prepared to leave all behind."
