I decided to get out of bed and go downstairs with everyone else that I heard. It was Sunday and mom was cooking breakfast and everyone was in the kitchen at the table.

"Finally someone decides to wake up." My mom says.

"That's what she gets for staying out late." Alan says.

"I didn't stay out that late.....I came home like......11 o'clock."

'11 o'clock?! Bailey Quinn Holis!" My mom yelled my full name.

"Mother don't start....what's for breakfast?" I asked.

"Why don't you have Jeremy bring you something?" Jessica teased.

"I just might do that.....he's coming over later." I announced.

"What's the occasion?" My mom asked.

"Nothing just hanging out."

"Hanging out?"

"Yes."

"Hmmm alright well no foolery."

"Wish granted." I said taking some toast into the living room.

"Shouldn't you be getting ready?"

"Ready for what?"

"Jeremy! Duh."

"He's coming over later Jessica."

"Well I like to get ready hours before a guy come over." She says.

"I'm not you and Jeremy is fine with me getting ready when I'm ready. So thank you but no thank you." I said continually watching TV.

"Have you spoken to Madalyn today?"

"No have you? She's your best friend." I mumbled the last part of that sentence.

"What is this "Say my full name day!"

".......Are you jealous?"

"Jealous....Of what?"

"Me and Madalyn."

"Jessica she's my best friend. You can get over yourself."

"Bailey......she can't possibly be your "best friend" if she hangs out with me more. But it's alright I'll talk to her if you want me too."

"She'll come around......watch."

"If you say so." She said walking out of the livingroom. I was beyond disgusting with her at this point and I wanted to grab her by hair and slam her head against the wall.

"Hey Alan are you busy?" I asked him walking into his room.

"No just doing chemistry homework."

"I'll wait until you're done."

"No its fine not like I'm understanding this stuff anyway....what's up?"

"I think we should......kidnap Jessica and this time take her some where far far away."

He laughs, "Why?"

"She's trying to replace me!"

"How can she replace you Bailey.....She's not as great as you."

"Tell Madalyn that."

"I've heard she's been hanging out with Jessica a lot now....is that what you're talking about?"

"Yes that's what I'm talking about."

"Everything will be fine Bailey."

"Everyone seems to think that except me."
