- Sorry for the slow update! I finished the new chapter on Halloween night but it took three days to translate into English and edit (ಢωಢ )

You slowly open your eyes, your body tired and your mind dizzy, but at least you don't feel the pain anymore. It feels like it's been centuries since you last had a full night's sleep.

You can see bandages soaked in thick black liquid lying next to you, the smell of antiseptic hitting your nose as you snort. Your body is covered with a white sheet like a blanket, and the pile of clothes you just changed has disappeared. Looks like Seven and Mono gave up on trying to bandage you when they realized it was pointless. Anything that touches your body is dyed black by the eerie liquid that gushes out from your wounds, even Mono's trench-coat gets a little bit of the black liquid when he tries to help you undress. Worse, they don't look as easily removed as regular stains.

In your peripheral vision, you can see Mono standing near the floor-to-ceiling window, he has his back to you and his eyes on the giant tower hidden behind the rain.

Mono knows you're awake even before you open your eyes, so he says in a low voice as soon as you turn your eyes to him, "The wounds are gone, but that thick black liquid comes out from your wounds, they've turned your clothes and bandages into a pile of junk, if you wonder."

"Besides, you just died again, you scared Seven to death." Mono laughed mockingly.

You didn't surprised when you heard that, you drank the liquid in the bottle so of course you knew what it was for. However, you did not give any explanation for that anomalous phenomenon. Mono doesn't even bother to ask, he knows you won't answer even if he begs.

You put your elbows on the floor, struggling to sit up. Mono still seems angry because he doesn't even intend to help you up, of course you don't dare to open your mouth to ask him for help.

You leaned back against the foot of the laboratory table and wrapped the blanket tightly around your body to keep from the cold. After moving your lips for a while and making a few meaningless sounds, you finally come up with a complete sentence, "Where's Seven?"

"Check the area." Mono shrugged while still not turning to look at you, "If you don't know, the Nurses are starting to rummage through the Hospital looking for us."

You furrow your brows as you try to recall these events, you haven't experienced them yourself in the past, you — the person from the future — are the one to deal with the mess at the Hospital. For the first time since time travel, you lose your "foreseeing" power.

Putting a hand on your forehead, you sigh and close your eyes, "I know you have a lot of questions, just ask if you want."

Hearing that, Mono finally turned to look at you. He looked lethargic and depressed, if you were in the mood to joke around like usual, you'd say Mono looked like he'd finished ten cups of coffee.
