You sit with your back to Seven and Mono, the distance between you and them is far enough that you can't hear what they're saying. However, sometimes you feel like eyes are on you. You know it's Seven and Mono, but you ignore those glances because you promised not to interfere in their conversation. Though you have to admit that you're curious to know what they're talking about.

To distract yourself from the questions in your head, you put your hand in the water in the stream while humming some random song. At first you feel this forest is very scary because of the darkness and dangers it can bring, but soon you gradually adapt and realize it is actually extremely beautiful. You gaze at the red trees, immersed in the beauty of the forest.

A variation of beastly noises, most belonged to critters, resonated through the air, and formed a chaotic orchestra with the croaks of frogs in the nearby ponds and lakes. But because the scenery here is quite beautiful, you decide to ignore them.

If this place weren't so dangerous, you'd be happy to use it as a shelter.

Such a beautiful scene that can't stay for a long time, it's a pity!

Some time has passed and when you sneaked a glance behind you to check, a relieved smile appeared on your face when you saw Mono and Seven shaking hands. They probably reconciled, as evidenced by Mono even smiling. Looks like they've listened to you and been honest with each other.

Before you can express any more joy, a creepy feeling runs through your body, instinctively telling when someone is watching.

You jerk your head around reflexively. Of course you don't see the cause of your insecurities, but you trust your intuition, which has saved you many times before.

You know you're not imagining it, your intuition is constantly ringing alarm bells, reminding you that there is indeed "something" or "someone" here watching you. You don't know if it's an enemy or not, but you'd better stay on high alert.

You slowly rise to your feet, cautiously taking two steps back before you turn your head to call out to your two friends, alerting them to some mysterious creature. But when you turn around, the frown on your face is replaced by a suspicious tilt of your head, then into a look of horror as you discover behind you... There's no one there.

There's no Mono, no Seven, no birdwoman. They seem to have disappeared into the void while you don't even know it.

"Guys, where are you?" You don't seem to dare to believe what you're seeing, the words you haven't uttered seem to be stuck in your throat.

But no matter how loudly you called out, the only answer you got was the rustling of the tree branches as the wind blew and the creepy noises of the deep forest.
