Tk came home that morning seeing me in the kitchen making breakfast along with coffee as he closed the door
"Coffee?" I asked as he made his way over
"Please ." He said kissing me in the cheek
He sat at the island as I turned around with his mug
"I'm sure your gonna need it after that shift you took to avoid me ." I said sipping my coffee
"It wasn't like that ." Tk said taking a sip
"Then why have you been avoiding me for two days ? ." I said
"You want the truth ?" Tk said
"Please ?" I said leaning against the counter
"I don't want you to think you have to babysit me and make sure that I take my meds ." Tk said
" I've been taking them for 10 years I got it under control ."
"I'm not babysitting." I said
Tk gave me a look
"Okay maybe a little .." I admitted
" my turn to ask the questions and don't lie ." Tk said
"Are you scared of me when I'm off my meds ?" Tk said
"No of course not." I said
"If I wasn't taking my meds would you still be with me ?"
" yes because I love you Ty." I said
"Then why is it so important to you that I take them ." He said grabbing my hand
"Because .. i don't wanna see you like that even tho you always take your meds if they don't settle correctly your either super depressed or super amped up I hate seeing you like that ." I said
" alright if you stop asking me if I took my pills i promise you I will take my meds like usual every single day ." I said
"Deal ." He laughed
"Cmon." I said grabbing his hand
"Where are we going ."
"I just got off a 24 hour shift I'm tired and it's hard to fall asleep without you ." Tk smiled
"What do you do at work ?" I joked
" take your hoodies have you checked the closet lately ?" He said laying his head on my chest
