Carlos was usually the first one up between the two I the morning he was more of a morning person then Tk it was their first day off together in a month so Carlos wanted to enjoy it
They had made plans a day or two ago to go to the farmers market and a few other stores ,get lunch together,Tk was going to attempt to make dinner for Carlos without killing him and watch the stars together like they had done a few times before on top of Carlos's Camaro and Carlos wanted to go thru with a plan of his he has wanted to do for a while they had been dating for a year and a half and he felt like Tk was ready and if he wasn't that was okay
Carlos watched tk sleep across from him breathing steadily Carlos loved watching Tk sleep Tk found it a little creepy but Carlos did it anyway Carlos ran his hand pushing Tk's messy hair dresser Carlos kissed Tk's cheek "Ty baby ." Carlos said softly not to startle Tk he whined a little moving "hm?" Tk said turning facing Carlos "cmon get up sleepy head .. I'll make your favorite banana bread.." Carlos said kissing Tk's head "are you trying to bribe me out of getting out of our comfortable bed ." Tk said sitting up Carlos couldn't help but joke in the morning when tk had just gotten up " I'll get you back in it later I promise ." Carlos said smirking at Tk "get out ." Tk laughed
After breakfast the two headed to the farmers market to gets some fruits vegetables and some house plants since buttercup had eaten the other ones "should we just get fake plants incase buttercup wants to go vegan again ?" Tk joked Carlos laughed at Tk's statement a few days ago buttercup came over and buttercup ate all the house plants "is it because your worried about buttercup eating them or you killing them ." Carlos said teasing Tk "more me killing them but we're gonna pretend it's for buttercups sake ." Tk laughed they picked up a few fake plants for the house
Later that night tk was cooking for the two without sesame oil for Carlos's sake Carlos like watching his boyfriend cook he wasn't as bad as he claimed he was tk went thru all the ingredients he was using to make sure Carlos wouldn't have a allergic reaction "red pepper garlic ,red,onion,noodles,chickpeas,avocado " tk listed Carlos couldn't believe that that tk was putting that much effort into that " T your good you know I'm only allergic to sesame oil ." Carlos laughed hugging Tk's waist "I know but I don't want you dropping to the kitchen floor because I almost killed you ." Tk said as he chopped vegetables as Carlos put his neck on Tk's shoulder
Later night the two were laying in the middle of the field on Carlos's Camaro Tk's hand holding Carlos's as they wanted the stars when Carlos got a call " take it." Tk assured letting go of Carlos's hand Carlos answered his phone
"mijo tu madre tuvo un derrame cerebral" Carlos's father said
"What ? I'll be right there ." Carlos said hanging up the phone heading back to the car
"What's up ?" Tk said
"My mom had a stroke .." Carlos said
