A U T H O R ' S N O T E
Hi. How's it going? Because I have SO much time on my hands, I decided to participate in NaNoWriMo this year (that's said in my finest sarcastic accent), and now--with my fingers in position on my keyboard--I'm ready to type out 50,000 words this month. (Despite the sarcasm, I am actually really excited.) My dog will just have to get a few less walks per week. Just kidding. She's too cute to ignore. I'll just be getting a few less hours of sleep each week.
I really don't have much to preface this story with. Like most things I write, the idea stuck me and here we are. It's not finished, obviously, as I've just started writing it, but it's been brewing and there's a story to tell. This story was borne from my complete and total hatred of the bad boy trope. Boy oh boy (pun... maybe?) do I despise it. Enemies to lovers is one thing, girls who are manipulated into being treated like crap and thinking that's normal is completely different. So, there.
That's all from me. As always, take care and enjoy if you read!
