I got up a little earlier than Draco and noticed he didn't move throughout the night. He was still wrapped around my body with his head on my chest. He looked so peaceful. Perfectly content where he is. He shifted slightly and groaned a bit after a while. I stroked his hair very softly trying to not wake him too much and he pulled himself higher onto my chest and squeezed me tighter.

I sat there messing with his hair for a while until he got up about 20 minutes later. "Good Morning sleepy head." I said running my hands through his hair. I loved his hair in the morning when it had no product in it and was slightly wavy. "Morning love." He said in his sleepy voice without moving. He rolled over to the other side of the bed so he was laying on his back then pulled me over on top of him. "No, you were keeping me warm Draco." I complained. "Too bad." I curled up onto him, my head in his neck and my arms underneath him.

I wanted to go back to sleep but I knew I wouldn't be able to. "Would you like to go with me today?" Draco asked. "Go where?" I spoke against his neck. "I'm going home to have lunch with my parents, my mother would like to meet you if you're up to going in a bit." "Dray, I don't know if that's a good idea. I would love to meet your mother but-"  "But you're worried about my father not approving of you because of your last name." "Yes and I don't have a good reputation with parents." I said shyly. I've seen Lucius and heard how he talked about not only the Weasleys but included my family as well. I guess in my head I thought that if Lucius was as controlling as I've heard he would make Draco break up with me or not talk to me and I really didn't want to lose Draco. "Draco I really would like to go, I'm just scared to lose you." "Hey, hey, Kaitlyn, you are not going to lose me. There's nothing my father can do to make me feel any different and quite frankly I've never cared much about anything my father says." Draco said with concern. "Draco he's talked down on my family to our face, do you really think he wants his only son to go and date someone he already thinks so low of?" I questioned. I was holding back tears with all of my power. The thought of losing him truly hurt. "I don't know one person my father hasn't talked down on. I also know you're talking about the night at the Quidditch World cup. He hit my ribs with his cane and told me not to boast because there was no need with these people. He thinks he's better than everyone Kaitlyn even though he's quite the opposite, you just have to ignore it with everything you have, love." "You remembered that and you knew who I was?" "Of course, I remembered and I've heard my father talk bad about your father before after a meeting with the ministry and Cedric had gone to one of the meetings I was at as well so I knew who he was when I saw him that night. The only person I didn't know was you so I asked someone else from the ministry if they knew if Amos Diggory had a daughter and they said yes but he keeps her hidden. So yes I remembered that night and I knew who you were." Draco explained. On the first day of school, he knew who I was but still asked me. "I'm surprised you remember even seeing me, but I will go with you if you would like. Just promise you won't leave me." "I promise." Draco reassured me.

He kissed my forehead firmly and then sat up pulling my legs to the side draping them over his arm and pulling me up to him with his other arms around my waist. I laid back onto his chest for a moment before getting up to get ready since we would have to leave soon.

I brushed my teeth and then sat down at my vanity to do my makeup. "Dray, I don't even know what to wear." "I know exactly what you should wear." Draco said as he walked over to my closet and pulled out the white dress he bought me and then grabbed the diamond necklace off my dresser as well. "I think you just want to see me in that dress." "Well yes there's that too." Draco grinned. I finished almost all my makeup and then did my eyeliner and mascara right before I got dressed. Draco had run to his dorm to grab a suit but he came back to mine to get dressed. I put the dress on and a pair of white heels with silk straps that happened to match the dress perfectly. Draco zipped my dress then grabbed the necklace to put on me. "It looks beautiful." I said, standing in front of my mirror. "Then it matches the one that wears it." Draco replied as he stood behind me and kissed my neck. I pulled half of my hair up and put it in a tiny flat bun on the back of my head then pushed the other half that was down, back off my shoulders. "Ready to go?" Draco asked, grabbing my hand. "I guess." I said with a nervous smile. He kissed my forehead and we walked down to the common room.
