Jawn, Gracie, and Claire decided to head side stage before the boys set was over so that they wouldn't have to fight through the crowd afterwards.
The boys were smiling brightly when they made their way off of the stage, and Claire jumps into Awsten's arms wrapping her arms around his neck and legs around his waist clinging to him tightly.
"Are we just going to make tradition of you wrapping yourself around me every time I am sweaty after a set?" he says with a laugh, and Claire nods.
"I think so, you look hot when you're this sweaty." she whispers into his ear, causing Awsten to tighten his grip on her significantly.
"Watch it bear." he whispers back desperately, placing her down on the ground softly and kissing her forehead.
"You ready to go home?" he asks her sweetly, causing her to stop in tracks for a minute.
For years she would call Awsten's parents house home, Ginny wasn't exaggerating when she said that Claire spent most of her time there in high school. His parent's didn't mind when she was there, and she was always offering to bring Gracie to wherever she needed to be which was a tremendous help to his parents.
Claire's parents also didn't care that she was always at Awsten's house because for the most part they were too busy tracking down Madison or making sure she wasn't sneaking off somewhere, and although Claire was sure her parents didn't do it purposely they tended to put her and her needs off to the side.
"Yeah." she says softly with a nod, "Let's go home."
They made their way over to where all of the busses were parked, having to separate for a bit of time so they could gather everything that needed for the next few days since both busses were leaving and they wouldn't be able to get anything that they left behind.
"So my parent's headed back to the house to probably cook a massive dinner, but they brought my car here so that we would have a way to get back to the house. Want to meet here in 30 and we'll head out?" he asks her, and Claire easily agrees figuring it'll be the most efficient way to get things done.
"Do you still have the Honda?" she asks with a laugh, and Awsten pouts.
"Of course I do, don't make fun of her. She's fragile." he says dramatically.
"I would never make fun of the Honda, I was just asking a question drama queen." she teases.
"I'll see you in a bit love." he calls after her walking down towards his bus.
In all honesty, Claire had no idea what Hero's schedule was like for today which she felt bad about.
But Equal Vision had finally hired a merch person for them, which meant she wasn't in charge of inventory or organizing their meet and greets.
For most of the dates she had still gone just to show the new guy the ropes and what she had found to be the easiest method for things, but today she hadn't even stepped foot near the tent because she was spending the day with Gracie.
So she didn't know if the boys would be on the bus when she got there or not, her questioning diminished almost immediately when she heard yelling from outside of the bus. She couldn't believe that they were still arguing even hours later.
She knew that the boys were stubborn but this was just a whole other level of ridiculous in her mind.
Claire took a deep breath, swinging the door open and walking on the bus to find an absolute disaster all around her. There were clothes from one end of the living room to the other, and cabinets and drawers were all open like someone had been sorting through them.
