The girl frowned when she passed a building upon seeing a familiar face, telling her father to stop the car she watched as he pulled into a car park and switched the gear to park, and switched the engine off. Her breath hitched when she saw the boy of her dreams, the boy she'd had a crush on since she'd first started to notice the little things he'd done for her, her eyes now trailed on his figure as he talked to her father.
''Sir, I was wondering, with your permission of course, if I could take your daughter out on a date.'' Dylan, the boy said, caused the girl's heart to flutter and butterflies to burst inside her stomach. Looking at her father she examined his face, he looked surprised, annoyed, and slight, just slightly proud of the boy's boldness.
Her eyes locked with her father's as she remembered the day Dylan and her family had met she chuckled when she remembered his words. Reminding herself to focus she smiled as she heard her father say that he'd check it out and tell them what he thought of the matter.
The girl hid her shock when her door opened and Dylan looked at her, he smiled and she could have sworn she melted on the spot. She smiled as he laced their fingers together until her father interrupted them by clearing his throat.
''Didn't anyone have anything planned for you, Jasmine?'' She heard her mother ask.
''No, he prepared it especially for her,'' Jas said as her mother looked at her oldest daughter.
''I'd say he's bold to say that to your father Natasha, I like him, he seems like a great boy and I approve.'' At those words, the girl, Natasha beamed and smiled happily.
Natasha got out of the car and crossed the street making her way towards her father, Dylan, and the other two people there. ''We'll be here, my friends and I,'' Shay, one of the girls said.
''Yes, and besides nothing would happen, and if you don't feel comfortable my friends and I could hang out with these two.'' Sophie, the other girl said.
''I trust you guys,'' Nat's mother said as her dad nodded.
''Okay, I'll pick you up at 4,'' Natasha didn't hide her shock as she smiled and hugged her father tightly. ''Thanks, Dad,''
''Your welcome,'' He said as he pulled away and gave Dylan a look. Natasha smiled at her family and watched them walk back to the car. Turning around she bit her lip avoiding the smile trying to make its way on her face as she stared at Dylan. ''Thanks, guys,'' He said to the two girls as she nodded and thanked them.
Slipping her fingers into his, Natasha and Dylan walked inside as he explained how they would first hang out in the library and then go to the movie theatre above.
