I was sitting outside of a cafe, drinking some tea while I waiting. My trip was ending and I was going to be heading back to New York in a week or so. But that didn't mean I should be prepared. I looked over to see Bryn walk over, sitting down across from me. "How was your meeting?" I asked and he chuckled.

"Good. Marcus is shaking in his boots."

"You think."

"I talked to Tom. He's calling trying to go golfing, lunch, anything to get his time. It's rather pathetic."

I couldn't help but smile. "This is going to be fun. It's been a long time since I made someone look like a fool."

"How was your call with Rachel?"

"She's as great as she was that summer and would love to talk me up." My phone started ringing and I reached into my pocket, looking to see another text from Nate. I haven't talked to him all summer and now he's asking about Serena. 'No one has seen or hear from her all summer' -Nate

"Your mother again?" Bryn asked and I sighed.

"I actually wish it was. Then again listening to her pregnancy panic isn't really on my list of things to do. It's my friend Nate. Someone we know is missing."

"What happened?"

I shook my head, putting my phone back in my pocket. "Who can say? She does it all the time. I'm sure it's nothing."

"You don't sound convinced. When was the last time you saw her?"

Guilt rushed over me. "When I kicked her out of my apartment and basically told her my life would be better off without her in it."

Bryn nodded like he knew something. "Serena."

"How do you know that?"

"April found Gossip Girl. She finds it interesting." I couldn't help but roll my eyes. "What are you going to do?"

It was a good question. What was I going to do? She's been my best friend for most of my life. I know I don't like her sometimes, but if she got hurt...I sighed, pulling my phone back out of my pocket. "I'm going to find her."

I was calling Dan over and over again as I was packing to leave the hotel. It took longer than it should have, but he finally picked up. "Dan, finally! Thank you for picking up. I talked to Nate, and no one knows where Serena is. I thought you two might be together, hating me. Are you with her?"

"Hello, Lena." Instead of Dan, I heard Georgina and I instantly felt sick.

"Georgina. I should've known it was you from the sound of that disdainful silence and the chill coming over the phone. Now I don't even want to know why you are picking up Dan's phone, but please put him on so I can speak to him. This is serious. No one has seen Serena for months. Not even Gossip Girl has posted about her. And what could be worse than that?"

"Always good catching up, Lena. Ciao."

"Wait!" I yelled, but she stilled hung up the phone. I looked at the phone mumbling, "Bitch." Now, Georgina knows Serena is missing. Well, that sucks.

I made it back to Lily's and I could hear talking as soon as I stepped off the elevator. "I showed Chuck all my favorite spots." I heard a woman's voice and it put a little more speed in my step. Bart was still on the stairs like he needed to be looking down at Chuck.

"Usually, Chuck can find a woman's favorite spot all by himself." I stated, getting the woman, Chuck, and Bart to look at me.

"Lena, you're back." Chuck said and Lily came down the stairs walking over to me.
