Sakura's POV:

I left Japan and my Japanese Idol status to challenge myself and improve my singing and dancing skills. 7 years of being a Japanese Idol, I grew up in the entertainment industry having joined HKT48 at a tender age of 13. I auditioned for WM Entertainment and got in, thus leading to me quitting HKT48, AKB48 and KIV, yeah I gave up being a member of these J-Idol group HKT48 and their sub-units. Though I was already a popular center and Team Captain of AKB48 and HKT48. I felt like my skills are trash and lacking as a dancer and singer. So, Yabuki Nako, Honda Hitomi and I have quit HKT48 after passing our online auditions, equipped with Annyeonghaseyo and a phrase to introduce ourselves as the only words we know. We arrived at the company now, Nako and I were ushered into Team A's Classroom and Hitomi was ushered into Team B's classroom. We had to quickly follow the teacher and the rest of the New Korean Trainees and then we found ourselves in the middle of the half circle the class created.

The teacher must have said something to the class about Nako and I. Then my name and Nako's name was called and the teacher pulled me and made me stand front and center of the circle. I guess, I'd have to introduce myself(?). I took a deep breath and once I exhaled these Korean words came out of my mouth.

"Annyeonghaseyo, My name is Miyawaki Sakura, I am from Kagoshima, Japan, I am currently 20 years old." I said in Korean and bowed down exactly 90° degrees.

The teacher pointed me to Team A's circle. I sat with them and the girls were so giddy and excited to have me. Nako was pushed lightly Front and Center to introduce herself. My poor baby Nako seemed to want to cry, I stared at her for a good 5 seconds and nodded at her. Nako started to speak the same introduction with her name, place of birth and her age. Nako and Hitomi were same aged friends while I was the older one among the two girls, they are my babies as they were my fellow members from KIV sub-unit of HKT48. I was in charge of the two of them, even back when we are still members of HKT48, I was the one who cooked their meals, cleaned up after them and scolded them for misbehaving or when they keep on laughing in the middle of learning a song.

Earning me the nickname 'Kkura Okan' from the two younger members. Okan is a pet name for a mother and has originated from Osaka, but is now widely known as a common pet name for a Mother in Japan. Kkura was my nickname from HKT48 a short for my actual name Sakura. After Nako bowed she was pointed to Team A's Circle then the rest of the new trainees followed and they were pointed to other circles in the class. After the initial introduction of the newbies, we were taught a Choreography for a song called Nekkoya that will be presented at the end of the day. We were dispersed into our own circles. The whole Team A started to walk out of the class, the rest of the Team A were leading the way but one of them waited for us to catch up.

Nako and I held hands tightly as we ran towards the member who stayed behind to wait for Nako and I. She offered a cool smile to us. Then she speaks to us in Japanese and said.

"Hello, my name is Lee Chaeyeon, Leader of Team A, I know you guys barely know Korean, but don't worry, I'll make sure to translate for you. I want you both to understand that I will not repeat myself so please focus on my translations and keep up, Team A holds a special place in the company as Team A members are about to debut, so consider yourselves lucky."

Chaeyeon said to us before walking off.

She seemed cold and serious, I watched as Chaeyeon walked through the hallway. Nako looked at me and said.

"Kkura Okan, I think she's scary." Nako said trembling.

"Nako, she's probably just stressed about being a team leader, let's give her a chance okay? Besides, she offered to translate to us. She's probably the only person in the team that speaks Japanese." I replied to Nako.
