2: Lee Chaeyeon

Chaeyeon's POV:

It was the start of another month, training to become a K-Pop Idol. Newbies arrived in class today. The rest of Class A just watched as the newbies were ushered in, the first time I laid eyes on her, it felt like Forelsket, Norwegian for the feeling of euphoria you feel when first falling in love. I don't know how I could feel that, she was the one. The moment she stood front and center in the room. The moment she opened her mouth to introduce herself in Korean. I knew her from before, but she doesn't know I exist, she's the J-Idol whom I like, her voice was smooth as honey.

"Annyeonghaseyo, My name is Miyawaki Sakura, I am from Kagoshima, Japan, I am currently 20 years old."

My eyes were glued at her introduction, she's THE Miyawaki Sakura of AKB48 and HKT48. She's really beautiful, soft round eyes that digs right into you. Unbelievably even after her 7 years of stardom, she's so shy and pure, despite how many kisses she's gotten from her fellow HKT48 members. She appears to be really shy. I really love the songs AKB48 and HKT48 has, especially Kimi wa Melody. She was the reason why I learned Japanese fluently to begin with, listening to her voice ringing out in my ears as I attended Japanese classes in JYP.

Soon, we were showed the new choreography that will serve as a daily evaluation to weed out both Class A and B. We just need to keep our ranks in Team A to be able to debut soon. We've already been through countless of daily, weekly and monthly evaluations. As part of Team A, we were given an opportunity to have separate rooms from the actual class themselves, the Team A or Debuting Team is given this because we've already established our prowess in singing and dancing. Any newbies who joins Team A from Class A and B are given the same treatment as Team A, we expect them to do well.

Soon the rest of Team A stood up and got out of the Classroom, the two newbies followed us, slowly. I turned around and waited for them and once they both caught up with me. I Introduced myself.

"Hello, my name is Lee Chaeyeon, Leader of Team A, I know you guys barely know Korean, but don't worry, I'll make sure to translate for you. I want you both to understand that I will not repeat myself so please focus on my translations and keep up, Team A holds a special place in the company as Team A members are about to debut, so consider yourselves lucky." I introduced myself in Japanese.

I started to go back to walking and we've finally reached our practice room, reserved for Team A only. I know I was cold, but they didn't need warmth from me, especially if I am helping them keep up with the rest of Team A. There are 4 others in the team aside from me, Sakura and Nako. We need to have coherence in our dance moves. The four could do it alone, but I need to pay special attention to these two clueless Japanese girls. I bet they just stared at the teacher earlier, not having any clue as to what the teacher said. I opened the door for the two cuties and they walked in.

"Practice the choreography and we'll be back after 30 minutes then we'll have a break, are we all clear?" I asked my team.

"Yes! Appa A-Chae!" The rest of the four members said.

"You two will stay with me. I will teach you two the whole choreography once and then we'll join the rest of the team for practice. Do you both understand?" I spoke to Sakura and Nako in Japanese.

They both just nodded to me and I left the room, holding the door for them both, they quickly exited the room and followed me to the room across our team's room.

"We'll listen to the song first, then I'll show you the choreography." I announced to them in Japanese.

I docked my phone to the speaker and sat on the floor, I patted the space beside me, Nako pushed Sakura and hid behind Sakura. Funny girl, she might be nervous because of me, I mentally made a note to myself to make it up to Nako sometime this weekend.
