Encountering Love. (TAEKOOK)

Chapter Fifteen.

Jimin and Taehyung made their way to Jimin's beautiful garden as they had to talk. Taehyung all of a sudden felt nervous because Jimin was really very silent. Jimin as a person is never calm and he is always up on his heels to some work and if not then to some mischief. 

"Jimi---"

"Why did you stay back, Taetae? Why didn't you run away? You would have been free from all this trouble and disrespect." Jimin cut off Taehyung's sentence in the middle and said with a calm yet sad tone. 

"Jimin." Taehyung gasped, wide-eyed. 

"I saw you yesterday night when you were running away, I saw you. I wanted to run to you but I didn't have any intention to stop you because you deserve so much better and we have only given you pain." Jimin said as he had a sad smile playing on his lips. 

"You really want me away?" Taehyung questioned with a knowing smile. 

"No I don't and that's absolutely absurd because this pack doesn't deserve an angel like you. Why did you stay back, sweetheart? You should have run away." Jimin didn't want to yet asked Taehyung with a concerned expression. 

"Because my Alpha is in danger. I cannot ever leave knowing that someone wants the life of my Alpha, my mate." Taehyung answered honestly with a fond smile playing on his lips. 

"Why? He rejected you. He did so much just to hurt you yet you stayed back to protect him when you knew he would make your life miserable here." Jimin replied and waited for Taehyung to answer. 

"It doesn't matter, Jiminie. My life anyway doesn't have anything in it anymore. At least I should be a little faithful and, you know, considerate or call it useful by protecting my mate." Taehyung replied as his eyes glossed slightly. 

"He rejected you, he did it in front of us then still why?" Jimin cried out as Taehyung wiped his eyes and smiled lovingly. 

"Because I love him, Jimin-ah."

On the other hand the head Alpha was simply restless and kept moving around his pack hall. He felt too many emotions inside him and he cursed himself to feel so because they were all about his omega---Taehyung.

While he kept nibbling on his lips thinking hard how to hide these emotions he felt for the gorgeous being, Taehyung himself made an appearance in the room, well he knocked but Jungkook just knew it's him. 

"You said you will stay away from me then what on earth are you doing here, near me?" Jungkook roared as Taehyung simply sighed. 

"I don't come near you without any reason, Alpha. I am here because your lunch is on the way. As per our deal, I have to take the first bite so I had to be present here before your food just so that no one gets suspicious." Taehyung replied, calmly as he took a seat. 

"I don't know how long I will be able to live up to this stupid deal. I just can't stand yo---"

"It's just for a month. Don't worry, after that you won't even have to see my face." Taehyung said as he smiled genuinely. 

"What is that supposed to mean?" Jungkook questioned, his eyebrows creasing. 

"Nothing you need to worry about, Alpha. It's just a stupid omege thing." Taehyung lied through his teeth with a bright smile. 

Soon a knock was heard which indicated that Jungkook's lunch was here. Without further adieu Taehyung pulled the tray inside the room as Jungkook took a seat and watched with curious eyes what the omega was doing. 

He saw how Taehyung examined each plate and took small bites of each to check the food. Jungkook just kept silent and said nothing at all. His eyes were fixed on his omega-- the one he rejected.
