Encountering Love. (TAEKOOK)

Chapter Twenty Three.

"As I have said, you have no reason to trust me, and an excellent reason not to." Jungkook read out softly as Taehyung stared at him without blinking with a fond look on his face. 

"Why are you reading out beauty and the beast to me?" Taehyung questioned as Jungkook smiled lovingly looking at his mate. 

It has been two days yet Hoseok had suggested that Taehyung must be here at the hospital taking rest because even though he looks fine, his body needs it. Hence, here was Taehyung, lying on the hospital bed comfortably while Jungkook reads a book to him while humming from time to time. 

"Because it's a fairytale and I have heard everyone saying that fairy tales are supposed to be light-hearted and make people happy." Jungkook replied as he closed the book and kept it on the small table beside Taehyung's bed. 

"I have watched the movie more than ten times. I think it was my sister's favourite." Taehyung said with a small smile as Jungkook brushed away the three strands of hair that fell on the blonde boy's forehead. 

"It might be my favourite as well because the name Belle reminds me of you. Beauty or should I say Beautiful." Jungkook said as he slowly leaned towards Taehyung and pulled him up softly and swiftly placed two pillows behind him to make him sit without any discomfort. 

"I never knew you were such a sweet talker." Taehyung replied as he leaned back on the pillows. 

"You will witness more sides of me, precious but for now, it's time for your medicines." Jungkook said sweetly as Taehyung stared at him fondly. 

This is what he had dreamed of forever. Just someone who would be there for him, someone who would want to protect him, someone who would love him, now it's different that he doesn't want any someone, he simply wants his Alpha, his Jungkook. 

Jungkook slowly stirred the thick juicy noodles with the black bean paste preparing it properly and then with the chopsticks picked a big bite and forwarded it towards his mate. 

"Say ahh!" Jungkook mumbled out with a baby voice as Taehyung let out a chuckle. 

"I can eat with my own hands, Alpha." Taehyung said as he was smiling brightly. 

"Yes but why do you need to when your alpha is pretty capable of feeding you? And please call me Jungkook, precious." Jungkook replied as Taehyung looked at him with a surprised look. He's scared that he might want to get used to this caring side of Jungkook yet he can't help but love it as well. 

"Now ahh.." Jungkook said again as Taehyung finally obeyed and opened his mouth and ate the noodles, closing his eyes almost at the taste of the food. 

"You know Hoseok hyung told me not to let you eat these things now yet look at me trying to feed you this just because you won't eat anything else." Jungkook said, chuckling as he leaned forward and wiped a little bit of sauce that was right at the corner of Taehyung's lips. 

Taehyung immediately looked at his lap and fiddled with his fingers, his eartips and cheeks tinting red due to his shyness. Jungkook can be so romantic sometimes. 

"Aww, not you being so romantic, shall I tell him how stupid you are actually? I would've asked him to run away from a fool like you but then I remember Pearl is also there and I wouldn't be able to see her so I am stopping myself." Black muttered out as he made teasing noises. 

"You know what? I am blocking you, bye." Jungkook replied and immediately shut his wolf out. 

"Why are you frowning, Al--Jungkook?" Taehyung questioned as he saw Jungkook frowning.
