Chapter 14: Break Time

"ATTENTION YOU USELESS CITIZENS! If you want to save your precious little word, bring me the Power Rangers NOW!" The giant worm monster said.

EJ looked around the cafeteria making sure no one was around to see them, then looked back at his team.

"Ready?"

"Ready" everyone said in unison while getting in an arrow formation.

"IT'S MORPHIN TIME!"

"Red Ranger Power"

"Pink Ranger Power"

"Blue Ranger Power"

"Black Ranger Power"

"Yellow Ranger Power"

"Purple Ranger Power"

"Silver Ranger Power"

"Brown Ranger Power"

"Green Ranger Power"

The rangers burst through the back doors of the cafeteria ready to fight this new worm monster attacking the city.

"There are those teenage brats! Get them!" The giant worm monster said, summoning his minions to the team.

"Nini, Ash, Big Red, Carlos, you handle the minions. The rest of you follow me! Let's go get this monster!" EJ said to the team as they dispersed into their respective fights.

NIni, Ash, Big Red, and Carlos all started to fight the worm's monsters minions one by one, each putting up a good fight but was not enough.

"We need to summon our weapons!" Carlos said

"But we don't have weapons?" Nini shouted back, pointing to her and Big Red.

"Wait, we might. Alpha send over our prototypes please" Big Red said in his communicator to Alpha.

Just then Nini and Big Red received their weapons. Big Red got a power spiral drill while Nini got a power cannon, each perfect for taking down the minions.

"Sweet! Thanks Big Red. I can get used to this" Nini said, blasting the mini worms left and right.

Ashlyn was at a higher ground using her bow and arrow to take down the minions one by one. Carlos and Big Red were using their axe and drill to fight as many worms as possible, while Nini was using her new cannon to wipe out the rest. They would be done in no time.

Back at the giant monster, EJ, Ricky, Gina, Kourtney, and Seb were all taking it down. Gina would teleport behind the monster hitting it in the back of the head, while Kourtney would use her super speed kicking it under its feet. EJ used his super strength to send a large boulder towards the monster, while Ricky used his dragon skin to dodge any attacks the monster might throw at him. Seb on the other hand was talking to the giant worm the monster was on and was able to calm it down, sending the worm on its way leaving them alone.

"Well that was easier than I thought" Ricky said to his friends. He actually had real friends now and wasn't the loner kid at a new school anymore. A smile grew on his face underneath his helmet, thank god no one could see how happy he was right now.

"Yeah! But what do we do with him?" Gina said, pointing to the monster.

"Rangers!" Madam Zordon spoke through their helmets. "Alpha is sending you a new device to contain these monsters. All you have to do is open the lid and the monster will be trapped inside of it."

"Got it Zordon. Thanks!" EJ said as the new containment teleported to them. EJ opened the lid and sure enough the monster would be trapped inside of it.
