After the release of Maggie's book, Alex had his image completely tarnished, but the interview Paola recorded with Mitch and the letter he left, Alex regained his reputation and released his book. Mitch's death was one of her biggest pains in life, but also a breach of a huge barrier for her to get on with her life. The Morning Show is on the brink: the audience is almost non-existent, the sponsors have disappeared and Alex is extremely unhappy to be alone on that bench. This will be the last attempt to save the TV show.
