I walked into Lost & Found the following afternoon to be met with Theo Luke and John instantly pulling me into the green room "Yo what is going on?!" I asked shaking out of their grip "that is what we want to know!" Luke replied, I looked at them all confused "What are you on about ?" I asked "Is Jiley a thing again?" They all asked at the same time, I looked at them more and more confused "Not that I'm aware of why?" I asked John raised his eyebrows before showing my Riley's Instagram. I swear everyone stalks that girl but I can't judge it's what I lowkey spent the last 3 years doing too

I smiled wishing that was about me but let's be honest. That could and is probably just about everyone. Ri lost contact with all of us and now she is back and is with us practically 24/7 of course she is going to be happy "You can't tell us that isn't about you" Theo said and I looked at him and chuckle "Uh yeah I can because it isn't about just me, it's about all of us" I replied rolling my eyes I love Riley and there isn't a second I don't think about trying to win her back but after everything she has been through recently and with his psycho ass still out there, I'm not about to rush her into anything. She needs to find herself again first "No it isn't, it has to be about you" John protests "If you don't mind. I have a class to teach" I said excusing myself
Riley's POV
"Riley!" I hear Miss Kate call from her Office, I poke my head in before entering "Yes Miss Kate?" I replied "Hello, I was wondering how the classes are going? From the parents I have spoken to they are so incredibly happy with you" She smiled, I smiled taking a seat in a chair in front of her desk I remember sitting here back when I was on A-Troupe I would always think I was in trouble until Miss Kate would remind me I could never be in trouble I was usually a pawn in the boys evil plan to get away with something "It's going great, I feel like I've built a huge rapport with the students and the parents. They want to increase some of the classes I believe so I told them to run that through them" I replied and she smiled "And you would be happy to teach those extra classes?" She asked and I nodded "hell yeah, I love all of my classes. It truly is the highlight of my week" I smiled making her chuckle "then you have full creative reign" she replied making me look at her confused "What do you mean?" I asked "I mean Riley. You can make decisions, if they want more classes and you have the time crack on, if there is any other idea's you want to do then also continue" she answered "Wait are you serious?" I asked and she nodded before I rose to my feet to hug her "Riley, I couldn't be prouder to have you on board. You've done nothing but bless this studio from when you started dancing now through your teaching!" She chimed I couldn't believe everything that has happened here
From starting baby ballet and meeting people like Eldon and Steph at an incredible young age to then doing regionals and dating James, then Nationals with all the Elite drama followed to winning internationals at the hand of James and I. I would never have gotten my opportunity at Julliard with out this place "this place is home" I smiled looking at Kate, she smiled from ear to ear "this place will always be your home" She smiled again
Things are in no way shape or form going to settle down or even be okay for a while but I like the foundations I have started to build on. I have the friends back that I once made. Those friendships are truly going to last a lifetime, I have The Next Step doing nothing but amazing things for me. My opportunities here are endless and I couldn't be more thankful for them all I walked into Lost & Found to see John, Theo and Luke sat in the green room. I smiled heading over to them meeting with their smiles too "Hey Riley" John replied as I took a seat next to Theo "helloo" I chimed making them all chuckle "To what do we owe this pleasure?" Luke asked "I have 1 hour to kill in between classes" I replied making them nod "James is in a class for a little" Theo answered "Good thing I don't just come here for James then isn't it" I said ruffling up his hair making them all laugh "How are you doing considering" Luke asked probably meaning the Lucas situation "I'm okay, I mean it isn't easy but I have plenty of people around to help and I couldn't be more thankful for everyone especially you guys" I smiled "You didn't need to help me in the way you have but Thankyou" I replied earning some soft looks from the three of them "Hey like we've always said, we will always have your back, even if it meant breaking James'" John laughed. I remember James and I had an argument once. It was something stupid and petty but when the boys found out they truly ignore him until he apologised These boys have been there through a lot of James' ups and down especially when I wasn't. I don't think James would have got through what he had without them. I just hope they realise that too
