Rhys's POV

As Oscar walked down from the s-tage , I was about to greet her and telling her on how much amazing her singing was. Until I was dragged off by an unknown figure.

I was dragged into a forest like area , where no humans were found but only spirits cricketing throughout the night sky and the layers of thin fog , sending some chills down my spine. I have reached my destination as I felt my back was hit against the trunk of the tree and was face-to-face with none other but Asch himself.

His eyes were written with anger and I can feel his magic was stronger than ever due to his aura scattered throughout the atmosphere and his emotions. I mean , I messed around with the other human he was courting other than Ava herself , why wouldn't he felt angry?

"Speak with your own loyalty to me , are you trying to mess around with me?"
"I have not understand with a word for you , your maje-"
"Don't 'your majesty' me!"
Asch's voice echoed in the quiet woodlands as his hands grabbed me by the collar of the suit , lifting me in mid air.

"I told you not to mess around with a human I was courting with. Yet , you disobeyed my words. Did Ear-th messed your mind around throughout these suns?"
"It was just my heart I was following with. That's what Ava told me. Instead of just running away , she have told me to just face it straight ahead. Her words were just the wisest of all times. I have found how much amazing Oscar's accompany was. If it wasn't a date she set up back then , I would yet be perplexed by my own emotions."
As I answered with my complete honest words , I was received with a harsh knock on the skull by Asch. I grunted in pain as I looked up into his black eyes and felt his hand that's wrapped around my neck , was steaming in heat. I choked in pain a bit , as I can still hear Asch growling in rage. It was clear that furious was blinded his vision.

"How DARE you got on a date with her! Right under my nose?! You have became even more disloyal and misbehaved! I guess a fair judgement was never enough for you!"
"P-Prince Asch... I was willing to e-explain... If you just... Ugh... Let me g-go..."
I stuttered as I was starting unable to catch my breath. Asch only scoffed with a humiliating smirk on his face as he claimed that death was more of a suitable choice for me.

"Perhaps death suits you more , not only I won't hear you babbling more by the ear , also an obstacle of mine shall be removed..."
He proclaimed as flames emerged from his palm , with his fingers curled up into a fist and was about to smashed me in the face. In frightened , I shut my eyes tight as my judgement was declared in seconds after.

"Time for a new advisor..."
With a quick shift of breeze across my face , I should be punched hard and harsh in the face by Asch's flame punches. Along with a huge burnt scar on my cheek , there should be burnt scars on my neck as well. It's either me being alive but scarred , or dead and that's all I said....

But no...
Neither a burnt feeling was spreading across my face , or me bring on the ground choking for air. I felt like.... I was still alive...

I opened my eyes nervously as I find Oscar standing in front of my eyes as she stopped Asch by legit just...standing there.... Asch's eyes remained furious as he shouted at Oscar to demand her to step aside , yet she insisted and her words were filled with none other but determination.

"Get out of the way , Oscar!"
"I insist to follow your instructions as I find it hilarious and also idiotic on why was it necessary to kill Rhys."
"What...did you say?.."
Asch growled as he dropped me down onto the ground harsh and turned his furious eyes to Oscar.

"You heard me. Idiotic and hilarious. I mean , seriously , why can't you just get over with one girl when this world has loads of women where men just randomly walks towards one , and either rape them endlessly or just do whatever them want? Don't be such a infant , Asch , you're an adult so act like one."
Oscar savagely replied Asch...and she clearly gotten over his line as he have his hand covered in flames and grabbed her wrist.
