The three got to their horses and started to head toward the east 1 gate.

"I've got the gate," Ellie said once they reached it.

"You sure you remember the code for it?" Dina teased.

"Shut up. There we go."

The gate opened and they were back on their route.

"Ellie, pull out the map. I wanna see which would be the quickest way to take," Joel said.

"You know where their HQ is at?"

She handed it over to him.

"No. But if they were smart, they'd have it at the city's center."

"Why do you say that?"

"More ways to see who's coming from where. Building at the center of the city would make it a whole lot easier for their people to find if one of them happened to get lost."

Ellie nodded and watched as he looked at the map. He pointed at an area and folded the map in order to show them.

"That. That place there would be the best bet. We may not know how many people there are but I'm sure we'd find some of them. I'm just hoping Tommy had the same idea in mind."

He folded the paper again and handed it back to her. Putting it back into her pocket, both Ellie and Joel led their horses onward.

"Joel?" Dina asked after a few minutes of silence.

He looked over to her.

"Ellie was telling me that you, she and Beth...the three of you would have these movie nights every Saturday."

Joel smiled faintly as he remembered the last movie the three of them had seen together.

"Yeah. We did. What about it?"

"I just...if it's not too much to ask...I would be honored to carry that tradition. I don't want to take Beth's place. That's the last thing that I want. I just...I think it would be nice to keep it going. In honor of Beth in a way."

Joel thought that was a nice sentiment.

"You know, Beth was the one that decided to start those movie, nights. I thought it was kind of a silly thing to start considering the world was not like it once was. I used to think that doing these movie nights wasn't going to change the way things were outside our walls. But looking back on it...I always looked forward to those nights. It was as if we were able to forget about all the ugliness that this world had brought us. Ah. I'm sorry. I'm taking a long time to answer your question."

"Its nice hearing you talk about her. Please continue."

"You've heard enough of me yapping. The answer to your question is yes. I would love for you to join our movie nights." Dina couldn't help but smile widely.
