Avery's POV
At school..
We pulled up outside of the school me and Izzy both got out after saying bye to dad once he was gone we then walked up to the door together.
"So you sitting with me and my friends today or are you going to eat lunch alone again" Izzy Asked
"Um Alone"
"Oh come on you and I both know you don't want to eat lunch alone"
"Yeah but me and your friends just don't mix"
"What do you mean"
"I mean like your friends are more of the popular party type perfect for you but not for me"
"What I'm not popular" she said just then a guy walked past saying hi to Izzy
"Sup Izzy"
"Hey Zack" she replied back as we passed by him
I looked at her with an I told you so expression on my face. "Oh come that's one guy" this time we walked past a group of girls in the hallway
"Hey Izzy you still on for tonight" the girls asked
"Girl you know I am" she said as we passed by them I raised one eyebrow at her
"Not popular huh" she just rolled her eyes
"Ok maybe your right"
"I hate to say it but I told you so" I said she rolled her eyes again punching me lightly in the arm
"Oh shut up" she said as I laughed
I sat in class trying not to fall asleep god this class is the most boring thing ever. I watched the clock tick ever so slowly I need to get out of here I thought to myself as I tapped my pencil on the table. Just then Izzy grabbed my hand
"Stop that it's annoying" she said in a whisper
"I'm sorry I just really hate this class" I whispered back as I kept my eyes trained on the bored acting as if I was listening to whatever the man standing in front of it was saying.
"I know me too it's by far my most boring class"
"Tell me about it" I said as I went back to staring at the clock preying that the Bell would ring signaling my freedom and as if my preyer was heard that loud and irritating sound came flooding throughout the school letting us know that it was time to go.
I quickly grabbed my things seeing everyone around me doing the same we all then left the class on by one some in groups. When we got outside of the class room I then turned to look at Izzy.
"So mom and dad's going to be out tonight something about work"
"Yeah I know they told me"
"So you going out tonight let me know if I'm going to be left to fin for myself you and I both know I can't cook" I said causing her to laugh
"Trust me I know last time you tried you almost burned the house down"
"I know" I said laughing
"Yeah I'll be out tonight I have a date" she said in a whisper
"Ouuu with who" I asked
"With 5 o'clock" she said pointing in the direction of the tall guy walking up to us he had light brown hair green eyes and a jawline that was so sharp that it could cut through a watermelon.
"Hey Izzy" The guy said in a deep but flirtatious voice
"Hi Isaac" Izzy said blushing
"We still on for tonight" he asked
