I was walking with penny as she talked to me and Lexie about somethings, the boys went to wonder around and Alexia stayed with Avery at the pack doctor's . "So how exactly do you two know each other?" Lexie asked "Penny here was our Alphas beta wolf" I said "oh what happened" Lexie asked "when I had refused to be Alpha Gerard's beta wolf he threw me in the Dungeons where other pack members just as bad as him beat me and refused to give me food and water everyone except Penny, she would sneak down there and give me food and water everyday as she did so we slowly started to become friends" I explained
"Yeah then one day I couldn't take seeing her chained up like that so I made a plan to free her that's when one of the guards caught me trying and reported me to the Alpha, he beat me half to death and when he thought I was dead he told his man to take me far far away and dump me in a unknown part of the woods luckily for me this packs Alpha was on a run that day and found me they took me in and saved my life" Penny said
"He ended up forcing me to be his beta in the end by threatening my brothers life" I told penny she gave me a Sympathetic look
"I'm sorry I didn't come back for you I thought you had died as well" she said looking down
"It's ok Penny I'm glad you found a new home with people who love and respect you" I said
"Yeah I just wish this wasn't happening" she said
"What?" I questioned
"The reason we kidnapped you is because we thought you were the Rogues wolfs who's been taking our pack women's baby's"
"They're taking children?!" I said
"Yes it's mating month so there's been a few new births" she said
"Why do they need children" Lexie asked
"We think whoever it is doing it is trying to expand their pack because you know when baby's are baby's or around the ages 1,2,3,4 or 5 they are not yet pack wolfs till they hit the age 6" penny explained
"Is that why you guys took extreme measures today?" I asked
"Yes we're usually not a violent pack unless we need to be and right now we need to be" she said
"So wheres your Alpha in all this" I asked
"He went with a group to go find the 6 baby's that went missing but we haven't seen or heard from him in weeks now so I've been handling everything" she said
"Oh" Lexie said
"Yeah things seem to be falling apart right now, so why are you guys here" she asked
"We're going to take on Alpha Gerard" I simply said penny paused and looked at us like we were crazy. "Ok your either Crazy or suicidal you can't possibly take on Him none of you are strong enough" she said
"We may not be but that girl you guys almost killed is" I said
"That girl is human" Penny said
"No she's a wolf an Alpha at that" Lexie said
"You guys must be mistaken if she's an Alpha wolf then how come she wasn't able to break free when our man had her she should've been able to those chains weren't strong enough to hold an Alpha" Penny said
"Well she is" I said
"If she's an Alpha of the moon stone pack then she's the lost daughter of Jacob moon the packs Alpha before Gerard" Penny said I looked at her with wide eyes
"And if she's his daughter then she's my-my cousin" I said in disbelief
"How- how did I not notice this before I knew she felt familiar like I knew her" I said
