Avery's POV
I woke up to a warm body pressed against me I looked up to see Alexia, so everything that happened last night wasn't a dream I thought to myself as I stared at her sleeping face she was gorgeous. I needed to use the bathroom so I quickly but quietly slipped out of bed making sure not to wake her as I left the room, after using the bathroom I smelled what smelled like fresh coffee so I went to go check it out. I walked over to the kitchen area because the living and the kitchen was kind of connected in a way. Just then Roy turned around humming and dancing I chuckled as he turned around and shook his bottom swaying it left to right. Soon he looked up and seen me standing there he took the headphones off and blushed from embarrassment. "How long we're you standing there" he asked
"Long enough to see you doing a little of this and a little of that" I said imitating his moves he laughed and so did I. "Yeah sorry you had to see that I got these headphones from the pack store this morning apparently that's a thing" he said I chuckled as I sat on the stool at the counter. "Wanna a cup of coffee?" He asked
"Uh yeah sure" I said he then went into to cabinet and grabbed out another mug before pouring me a cup of coffee and handing it to me, I thanked him as I gladly took it. "So what go you up to early" he asked
"I needed to use the bathroom you?" I asked
"I usually go on morning runs before the pack wakes up, I use to have to sneak out because if Gerard caught me he would punish my brother and little sister on my behalf" he explained I looked at him sympathetically
"I'm sorry you-" I started to say but was cut off
"It's fine" he said and I could tell he didn't want to talk more about it so I changed the subject
"You have siblings?" I asked
"Yeah my brother Dean who's 15 and my little sister Lily who's 6" he said
"And there still at that pack?" I asked
"Yeah they're Why I agreed to come find you and the reason I need you to beat him my parents died a long while ago but not by the hands of Gerard but by the hands of hunters I was 14 Dean was 11 and Lily was 3 when it happened I've been taking care of them every since I'm the closest thing they have to a parent and I'm miles away dancing in a kitchen " he explained
I looked him in the eyes and seen nothing but pain and worry, I reached over the counter and placed a comforting hand on his. "I will beat him and you and your siblings will be able to live without fear" I said he smiled a little and squeezed my hand "I have faith in you" he said before letting go.
"I'm going to get take a shower" he said I nodded as he then walked away but I heard him say something to someone on his way past,
"Hello beast" he said
"Fuck you Roy" I heard Alexia say just then two arms warped around my waist I knew it was Alexia because I had just heard her voice she then nuzzled her face into my neck and I could feel her breath sending chills down my spine, she then started to kiss my neck which made me automatically lean more to the side to give her more access I closed my eyes as I bit my bottom lip feeling her hands travel up my shirt, just then someone cleared their throat causing both of us to jump.
"You two should really get a room" Riley said as her and Lexie came walking in I covered my face in embarrassment.
"I'm sorry" I said
"No don't apologize you guys are cute together" Lexie said
"Thanks" I said
"So What's the plan for today Alpha?" Lexie asked
"Uh I was think maybe we start the search for this packs Alpha as we promised" I said Riley smiled
"I was thinking the same" she said
"Ok so Lexie I need you and Alexia to go round up Roy, Gabriel, Penny, and Aron" I said
"Got it" Lexie said as her and Alexia ran off to do as I said
About an hour later they all came back we all stood around the counter. "Ok so guys I'm putting together a search party" I said
"No offense but don't you think we already did that" Penny asked
"I do that's why I'm sure you have a map of the woods?" I asked Aron pulled out one and placed it in the middle of the counter.
"The red X's are the spots we have checked already" Aron explained there was red X's on basically the whole map except the smaller places.
" have you checked here, here and here" I asked pointing to the smaller spots on the map Penny and Aron both looked closer at the map shocked. "We must've have missed these on the map" she said looking up
"Yeah and these are quiet where no one goes it's possible that whoever took him is there but these places are like 7 hours away from each other if all of us go then there would be nobody her to protect the pack in case they come back" Aron said making a good point
"That's why I came up with teams A,B,C and D" I said the all looked around confused
"Ok so team A will be lead by Penny and Alexia's going to take some of her best people and search point A while Riley and Aron take some people and go to point B, Roy and I are going to go to point C with some people which leaves Gabriel and Lexi to watch out for the pack Lexie being in charge of course" I said
"Hey!" Gabriel said offended everyone laughed
After I filled everyone in on the plan they all started to talk to one another just as I was talking to Roy Alexia came walking up to me well at least I thought she was as I opened my mouth to say hey she pushed past me and went somewhere I gave Roy a confused look but he looked just as clueless as I was.
"Don't worry I'll go see what's up" he said tapping me on the shoulder lightly before going after her I sighed why does this keep happening.
