||Eleven||

Everyone is sitting down at the dinner table even Major who looks way better than he did earlier. Major looks up at me and smiles, he stands up walks towards me, and hugs me. Major hasn't evidently known his own strength yet so he picks me up and squeezes me tightly. 

"Woah Woah okay Major put her down before I have to hurt you for hurting her," Adonis says breaking us apart. "Sorry it's just I feel amazing and I'm just glad to see you," he says looking at me. "I am too Major, I was so worried about you but now that I see you're content in the state that you're in I can finally calm down," I say.

We take our seats at the table as Cindy has placed a plate of lasagna in front of everyone except Major and Adonis of course. What threw me off was the fact Sapphire and Ruby had a plate in front of them. 

"I'm sorry but correct me if I'm wrong but I thought you could only drink blood and feed on souls," I say. Ruby and Sapphire both laugh at me which confuses me. "We do but since we're basically human hybrids we can eat normal food and our supernatural diets," Sapphire says and I nod. 

An awkward silence falls over the table and I notice my sisters and Cindy smiling in a little girl giggling kind of way except Amber of course. I lock eyes with Emerald and I figured she would be the perfect person to get information out of.

"Okay, what's going on?" I ask. "Okay well before you two came down for dinner Sapphire told us you had an intimate exchange," Emerald answers. "So what's going on between you two?" ruby asks. 

I look at Adonis who's just smirking obviously amused by this conversation. I roll my eyes at him annoyed at the fact that he wants to protect from Marcus but not protect me from embarrassment. 

"Nothing is going on between us we're just friends," I say. Everyone pulls the yeah okay look and continues eating.  Cindy changes the subject clearly noticing that I am uncomfortable.

I turn my head and look at Adonis and he seems to be a little ticked off which I don't understand. I mean what did he expect me to say to everyone. We've only been on one date and I've only known these people for a couple of hours. I'm not really sure if I have feelings for Adonis. I've never experienced intimate love before nor have I even flirted with a guy. 

Before I realize everyone is done eating, Cindy takes everyone's plate and begins washing the dishes. Everyone else disperses to different areas of the house. Adonis and I go into the kitchen to ask Cindy if she knows what happened with my dream.

"Cindy, can we share something with you?" I ask.  Cindy looks between Adonis and me confused about what could be so serious at this time. Cindy nods her head and stops cleaning to focus her attention on me. 

"When Pandora and I took a nap earlier I had a dream of my mom and Marcus having a heated argument. After Marcus stormed off my mom saw me but didn't recognize me and chased me out the room," I say. Cindy looked even more confused than before as she's trying to piece what I just told her in her head.

"What we're asking is did Marcus and Scarlett have a relationship? Can Amethyst see or appear into the past?" Adonis asks. "I don't know if Marcus and Scarlett had a relationship of any kind but what I will say is they definitely knew each prior to the night she died. I remember how he was with her how he repeatedly stated how didn't want to hurt her and kept calling her Scar," she says. 

"Did Scarlett ever discuss how she knew Marcus before the night of her death?" Adonis asks. "No ut seemed that she knew of him," says Cindy. 

"Okay let's set that aside for now. Have you ever heard of any supernatural creature having the special ability to see the past or travel to the past?" I ask. "Yes there was Siren named Victoria who would go into someone's past and manipulate it for her own gain," she says.

"How did it work? Can she only do it when she's sleeping?" I ask. "I don't know how she did it but I do know that she can do it whenever she pleased," she says. "You're referring to her in the past tense, is she dead?" Adonis asks.

"Yes she was...she was killed by Marcus," she says silently. Adonis and I look at each other knowing that Cindy was close to Victoria. I feel really bad because this is the second person that we know that Marcus has taken away from Cindy. 

I can tell that Cindy is sad so I come up and hug her just to let her know everything is going to be okay. I realize that my sisters and I are really all the Cindy's got. Just saw how her face lit up when she saw me and found out that Pandora is Ana's daughter. She seemed surprised that Ana was still alive. 

"I'm sorry you just don't know how much it means to me for you to be here, for years the girls and I thought you passed away with your mother. With you here safe and strong means that the supernatural world has a chance to escape the fear of Marcus and his disciples," she says. 

"Disciples? You mean Marcus has allies?" I ask. "Oh yes I predict that he has allies in every supernatural group that's the only way he can be so powerful," she says. Cindy takes a deep breath and closes her eyes. "Alright, that's enough for one day. Amethyst rest up you have training tomorrow and I'll see you two for breakfast in the morning," she says and leaves the kitchen.

"Hey get some rest Major and I are going to go out tonight you know help him with his new life," he says and I nod.

I head upstairs and I begin to hear the voice again. "Kill her, defeat her, she's going to destroy everything you love, kill her," I walk to my room and as I keep walking the louder the voice gets as I open the door it stops. 

Pandora looks up at me weirdly as if she thinks I'm going mad. "Hey what're you doing?" she asks. I look at her with a shocked expression on my face. "You seriously didn't that?" 

"Hear what?" I grab her hand and take her back into the hallway and we both stand in silence until I hear the voice again. "That! Do you the voice?" "There's no voice other than yours that I hear" Pandora scoffs and walks back into our room. 

I walk further down the hallway following the voice and I see it's coming out of a closet. The light in the closet is on and I see a little bit of movement. The voice seems like it's talking to someone directly. 

When I take one step closer the floorboards creak and the voice stops and the light shuts off. The door handle starts to turn. I hurry and run back down the hallway back to my room and I shut the door. 

Pandora is already in bed with the covers over her head and I follow suit. I watch the door as I lay down. I hear footsteps walking towards the door, the footsteps soon pass and I calm down. I take a deep breath and I close my eyes, trying to forget what just happened and deal with it tomorrow.
