"Farewell." Daemon swung his scythe down and my feet finally moved forward, pulling my sword out.

"Maa, maa, Miss Manager. Don't do something so dangerous."

I stopped at that voice, seeing a new presence blocking the scythe with his katana. It shocked everyone.

-

"Sorry, Tsuna!" Yamamoto smiled. "I ran a bit late!"

"Yamamoto...!" Kaoru muttered, even though he was bleeding out on the ground.

"Well, this is quite a surprise," Daemon commented. "You're supposed to be injured on the verge of death."

Even though Yamamoto was holding his sword up, his arms shaking a little from the small battle of strength going on between him and Daemon, he laughed. "Aren't I known for my health, after all?"

Yamamoto gathered strength and swung at Daemon, effectively knocking him back and turning back to Kaoru.

"Are you alright, Kaoru?!" He shouted, his expression worried.

"W-why?! Why did you save me!?" Kaoru shouted, trying to get up. "I tried to kill you! Why did you save me, Yamamoto?!"

"What do you mean?" Yamamoto smiled. "When you're really in trouble, of course I'd come and help. That's what friends are for, right?"

At that, Kaoru teared up, the tears falling down his face. "I'm sorry..."

Yamamoto chuckled. "Just leave it to me."

Tsuna wiped at his own tears forming at Yamamoto's return. "Your body... are you alright?"

"What's going on?" Daemon said. "I don't believe this. By all means, he should be wounded in critical condition, but Yamamoto Takeshi is here standing right before my eyes."

Yamamoto shrugged. "Look who's talking; you're some ancient ghost who should have died long, long ago!"

"You don't appear to be an illusion..."

"I happened to be saved by an old acquaintance of mine."

"An acquaintance?!" Tsuna exclaimed, glancing at me.

I was confused and shook my head at him, silently telling him that I don't remember. It's just getting worse. But... who would be able to heal him so fast...?

"I don't have a clue who you might be talking about, but that doesn't matter. My plan to eliminate all of you has grown somewhat chaotic, so I'll just improvise and take control like I did in the first place... by my own hand!"

"Interesting," Yamamoto seemed happy, his grin stretching a little wider than usual, "but I can't allow that to happen! It's been a long time since I've gotten this excited over a fight!"

"But Yamamoto doesn't have his Vongola Gear..." I said.

"Don't worry, Miss Manager," he turned to me. "Of course, I brought it along."

He pulled his jacket to the side a little to show the upgraded Rain ring, now necklace.

"Let's go, Jirou, Kojirou! Cambio Forma!"

Jirou and Kojirou fused with Yamamoto and the Shigure Kintoki, giving Yamamoto an extra sword. It also changed his attire into an outfit that looked like what the Kendo club wears.

Daemon wasn't fazed by the power-up and dashed to Yamamoto, swinging his spear. Yamamoto blocked it and held his ground but the ground behind him crumbled and an illusion of a spear popped out heading straight for its target. I was about to move since I was the closest, touching my bracelet to call out the foxes, but a splatter of blood hit my face and I froze.
