Future Satsu-
"Kyoya~," Satsuki plopped herself onto his back, wrapping her arms around his neck. "We have to go."
"Hn?" He didn't look up from his paperwork. "What are you-"
"Kyo-san!" Kusakabe ran into the room. "Disturbance near the shrine!"
He sighed and got up, dragging Satsuki along with him. She grinned and released her hold on him, walking beside him as they head to the shrine.
She smiled, touching the rings on her fingers. Finally, it's showtime.
-
As they walked through the forest, they heard Hibird chirping from above and it landed onto Hibari's shoulder. They continued walking until they heard sounds of explosions and shouts. Satsuki prepared herself for the sight they were going to see.
Sure enough, Gamma was holding the young Gokudera up by his throat, choking him. He threw the Storm guardian to the ground and electricity crackled. Satsuki stepped back as Hibari opened up his box weapon, releasing Roll to the direction Gamma was at.
"Let me give you a hint," He said as the smoke cleared. "They're from the past. But... I'm not as stupid as to be replaced like those two."
You planned some of this with us, idiot. She grinned, watching as one of her favorite scenes unfolded in front of her eyes. You'll be replaced with little Kyoya in a few days, too.
"You seem to know a lot of things," Gamma stared at the Hibari's figure. "The only polite thing to do is tell me your name."
"There's no need for that. I'm in a bad mood, so let me bite you to death."
She grinned. It had been a while since she heard that catchphrase. Traveling around with Hibari had its ups and downs, but she chose to travel with him. For better for or worse. It's not like she could turn her back on that, not that she would want to either.
She watched the battle with intense concentration and silently cheered when Roll's spikes speared Gamma. She knew he was going to be fine, so she stayed hidden, watching behind a tree until Hibari finished him off. She heard rustling in the bushes nearby and spotted ex-Arcobaleno, Lal Mirch and the 'dead', young Vongola Decimo, Sawada Tsunayoshi from ten years ago.
Tsuna watched in awe as Hibari defeated Gamma and turned away from the lightning ring he had dropped.
He turned to the young boss. "What have you been up to, Sawada Tsunayoshi?"
"Hibari-san!" He cries out in joy of seeing the strongest guardian. Satsuki came out from behind the tree and stood next to Hibari.
"Hey, Tsuna!" She grinned.
"Satsuki-san?!" Tsuna's cry of joy instantly changed to one of shock. "What are you doing here?"
"What do you mean?" She tilted her head in fake confusion. "I was accompanying Kyoya, of course! Other than that, you should be more worried about Dera and Yama over there." She pointed to the area behind them.
"Gokudera-kun! Yamamoto!"
Kusakabe reassured him that they're still alive. "They need to be treated immediately; let's head to the hideout."
Satsuki gave a little wave at Lal as she stood next to Hibari. He turned away, about to leave the scene.
"Wait," Lal interrupted. "There are too many casualties, it'll be hard to move them such a long distance back to the base."
"Don't worry about that," Kusakabe called, hoisting Yamamoto up onto his back.
"We have our own entrance." Satsuki smiled, following Hibari into the mist-covered entrance to their own section of the base, leaving the others to figure out a plan for the Vongola rings Gokudera and Yamamoto had.
