chapter 1

Chapter 1:

One night, in Chicky’s room, Joey was doing something when..

“Ako si Sailor Moon! Parurusahan kita sa Ngalan ng Buwan!”

“Uyy may text siya..Sino kaya yun?” Joey said teasing.

“Shoot…” sagot naman ni Chicky habang nakatitig sa cell phone..” si Christian!!”

“Ay......oh ano sabi?” may something sa boses niya.. Parang boses ng jealousy..

She silently read the text..then she gasped..” OMG! Joey! Gusto niyang magmeet kami ngayon!!”.. walang imik si Joey. “I better get ready!!”.. She stood up and went to her cabinet..

“Teka teka teka..late na ah?! Pupunta ka pa dun?! 9:30 pm na!!” nagsalita bigla si Joey. “Siyempre naman noh! Crush ko yun eh..” tapos bigla niyang napansing naging sad siya. “Hmm..wait nga..bakit ka sad? Uuwi naman ako kaagad eh..’to namang si best friend tampo kagad, don’t worry pag naging kami..kaw pa rin best friend ko..love kita eh..”

Joey just smiled a fake one. But composed himself. “Sige lang. Walang masama sa pangangarap..hahaha!”

“Whatever! Haha! O sige na..got to go na. Bye!” then she went out of the room.. and he was left there.. unable to move..

“Argh!! I’m so stupid!! Why did I let her go to that dumbass?!?”

/Chicky is living on her own kasi gusto ng parents niya na she should be independent. They trusted Joey para sumama and live with her. Friends kasi yung parents ni Joey and Chicky./

Meanwhile Chicky locked the door and walked out into the night. Bigla siyang kinabahan. Iniwan niya kasi yung Beetle niya.. ayan naglalakad tuloy siya ngayon. “Kainis naman! Pawis na pawis na ko! Ang init! Grabe gabi na mainit pa rin! Wasted na ko pagdating ko dun!”

After 15 minutes, nakarating na siya sa meeting place nila. She looked around to see if he’s there. Hindi niya napansin si Christian..kaya he called out to her.. “Chicky!”

“Uy Christian!” she said. She walked over to his table. “Hi!” and her reply was a smile. “oh bakit mo ko gusto makita?” she asked without taking off her smile. “Ano kasi..uhm..can you be my girlfriend? Alam ko ang bilis pero I just don’t want to let you go. Alam ko din na kararating mo lang at hindi pa nga kita pinapaupo ayan agad tinanong ko pero...” Diretsahan sinabi ni Christian. Natameme naman ang loka. Finally she managed to speak. “uhm..oo pansin ko nga eh..uhm..yes? hehe.”

“Really? I’m so glad!!” with that he hugged her at siyempre tuwa ang baliw. Little did she know na may nag-iintay sa kanya.

Past 1 am na when she arrived home. “Joey?! San ka? Gising ka pa ba?” she called out. Joey is in the entertainment room watching CSI. “I’m here!” he shouted out to her. Chicky rushed to the room and jumped into his lap.

“Aaaaaahhhh! Ang bigat!!!” he joked. “OA ka naman. Joey!! May good news ako!!” she said excitedly. ” What? Ang bigat mo! Umalis ka nga!..Kayo na? Haha!” he joked. Chicky did not utter a word. “Yup! At hindi ako aalis dito!” instead lalo pa niya siyang dinaganan.

“Aaaaaaahhhhh!!!”

He shouted not because of the weight, it was because his dreams fell.

“Ganun na ba talaga ako kabigat? Sexy naman ako eh.” she pouted habang umaalis kay Joey. “ Oo bigat mo na. Ihihiga ko na nga lang ito.” He said while massaging his thighs. He then stood up and went to the door but stopped. “Oo nga pala. Congrats friend!” then he smiled.

Joey went to his room and locked himself. He began to cry. He knows that if someone saw him they would think that it is so unmanly. He didn’t care. His whole world was shattered. Then his phone rang. It was Mark. Hindi niya sinagot siguradong pipiyok siya pag nagsalita at malalaman ni Mark na umiiyak siya. The phone stopped ringing, but after a while it rang again. Solid ang decision ni Joey. Hindi niya pa rin sinagot. After a few calls, nagstop na si Mark sa kakatawag. /Intro muna kay Mark. Si Mark ay ang man best friend ni Joey. Sa girl best friend si Chicky. Nauna ng 1 year na maging friend ni Joey si Chicky kesa kay Mark./

He was finally calm, pero nang maalala niya yung ngiti ni Chicky, he grabbed his pillow and threw it.

Meanwhile Chicky watched the CSI that was being watched by Joey. Matapos ang isang episode di pa rin siya inaantok. She went to her room pero nagstop siya nung madaanan niya yung room ni Joey. Kakatok sana siya kaso inunahan ng kaba. She went straight to her room and tried to sleep. No luck. Nag sound trip na lang. Hanggang nagyon kinikilig pa rin. Ayan di na kinaya. Bumaba and went straight to the kitchen. Kaso napansin niya na bukas yung ilaw.

“Chicky Wiggy! Hindi ka makatulog noh? Hahaha!!” Joey teased.

“Anong wiggy?! Yabang nito! Haaay! Oo eh. Di pa nga ako maka get over sa nangyari kanina.” She replied happily.

“Oh. I see. Kunin mo yung hot choco. Andun sa may sink. Niready ko na kasi alam ko na hindi ka makakatulog basta basta.” He said.

“Ang bait talaga ni best friend!” then she hugged him. Nagulat si Joey pero siyempre hindi pinahalata. He just hugged her back. “Oh okay na! Hahaha!” with that she just smiled.
