My alarm goes off at exactly 8am(Takes a deep breath)
I get up, and get dressed, and head downstairs to the kitchen where my mom is making breakfast

I arrive at the school, and as I pull up, I see Tionne sitting on the hood of her car, I park, and get out just hoping nothings about to go down
I start to walk past her until she calls my name

We walked to the varsity cheerleader gym where my squad, and Rozanda were stretching, and waiting for me
Me-(Walking into the gym) Good morning ladies, how are we this morning

Me-Ok, good that's what I like to hear(sitting my stiff down) now you all know the competitions are 3 weeks away, so just like with anything else I want nothing more than 100% from each, and everyone of you,
Now I'm going to hand it over to our lovely co-captain Rozanda, who has been working hard on some new cheers that are really dope, and some new improved stunts, and we are changing the pyramid due to our top topper breaking her arm, ok Rozanda the floors all yours
Ro-Well thank you captain, I'm super excited to teach yall these new cheers, and stunts, so let's line up, and begin
We lined up, and begin practicing all the cheers, and stunts, and the pyramid
We practiced for 4 hours straight, and got everything down
Me-Ok everybody, great practice, yall are amazing, enjoy the rest of your day, we will meet again next week same day, and time
Squad-Ok, see you then
Everyone left except me, Tionne, and Rozanda, we sat, and chatted for a while
Ro-So, I see yall are still cool
Me-Yeah, everything's cool, but anyway, enough about that, how did it go with Derrick last night
Ro- Let's just say I'm the reason he got up this morning, and was able to run 15 miles, and then go workout at the gym

We started walking out the gym until Tionne stopped me

After I gave her my address we walked back to our cars just as we were heading to the parking lot, here come Chanelle with some of her hoesh friends
