Hayley chose Asheville Cabins of Willow Winds in Blue Ridge Mountain along the Appalachian trail , to stay and wait for Klaus and Stefan to arrive, she knew this is where Klaus had started his hunt for Hybrids, remembering the stories told when she helped Tyler break his Sire Bond from Klaus in the first timeline. A secluded, quiet spot, but upmarket, with all the amenities needed that the Mikaelson's were so fond of. Unloading her cargo from the car and cutting a stash spot into the cabin floorboards and setting the freezer with the precious Doppelganger blood in there along with Hope's grimoire, phone and Gilbert rings her story or rather the Mikaelson story, and documents and stone from creepy Shane, she drove into town, it was a week till the full moon and cursed wolves would be making their way here, many who had no pack, loner wolves that liked to gather with others to turn and run for the night then sit at a bonfire, drink, eat and party, then moved on hoping to find the One PACK that they could join and become family with.

Hayley scented a bar in town that had wolves, went in and ordered a bourbon and bottle of red wine, sat in a booth and looked around discreetly, sizing up the ones that were wolves, already. There were 10 loner female and male wolves here, she could always pick a loner wolf as she had lived as one for so long, they kept to themselves, acknowledged other unknown wolves around them, open to a conversation with them, but keeping a distance to the interaction, there was a Blue Ridge Mountain pack here that was the BosRoq wolf pack, she had come up here when the Mikaelson's had been in Freya's sleep spell and Klaus captured by Marcel, so that she could get the BosRoq wolf venom for the antidote, the pack allowed loner Wolves to turn and run here just as long as they stayed away from the BosRoq pack territory. After making friendly conversation with the wolves and discussing with them best places to transition she left, made her way to the farm of Mac Willson who made killer pink moonshine, that one jar would send a human into a comatose state, but the wolves loved it and could handle the scorching, explosive liquor as though it was water, she bought thirteen jars full and took them back to the cabin.

Waking early the next morning showering and washing her hair, she blow dried her now long dark locks again after letting it grow back after her death, putting on light minimal makeup, her black skinny jeans, black boots, a push up bra and a body hugging top, showing her cleavage to it's advantage she sucked down a blood bag and sat with a coffee on her veranda, waiting, she had compelled the office cabin reception staff to keep the cabin opposite hers for Klaus giving them a detailed description of his appearance, not his name knowing how fond he was of using aliases.

A large black SUV pulled up to the opposite cabin, Hayley started walking towards the driver's side, black tinted windows, she watched as Stefan got out and looked at her, she had her eyes locked on the opening driver's door making sure to keep her movements non threatening she could sense Stefan behind, as Klaus got out, a genuine, relieved smile on her face, she could see the narrowing and speculative look in his eyes, she closed the short distance between them and before he could open his mouth, she kissed him firmly placing her hands on his chest, then quickly spun and said to Stefan,

"Hi Hayley Mikaelson, Klaus's wife, nice to meet you," She extended her hand and by reflex, Stefan extended his hand and shook it, his eyes shocked and curious, a side tilt to his head, eyes sliding to the thin gold band on her wedding ring finger, a sly smirk to his lips.

Turning to look at Klaus, who was stone still not giving any emotion away, his eyes boring into hers intensely she said calmly" I got held up in New York and missed you in Mystic Falls, I figured you'd need me more here for the turning of hybrids anyway, I booked this cabin," Pointing to her cabin, "For us," Hayley said intensely staring back at Klaus communicating silently to go along with this, he didn't remember her, but she was counting on her wolf scent or maybe the spark that they had when meeting for the first time in Tyler's study, anything, other than being a dick.
