CHAPTER 30

The Mikaelson family witches had set a spelled a protective barrier, that none but they could cross, around the Ancient River Oak that housed The Hollow, In front of the Oak Tree they had a large salt circle that was quartered, outside the barrier, stood the Mikaelson Family, Ansel and  the Hybrid packs along with the two visiting wolves from Beacon Hills, the Salvatore Brothers, Enzo, Caroline, Valerie, Camille, Josh and Aiden.

Ansel stood with Aiden and the hybrid pack, Witches of New Orleans and the Crescent pack wolves, completely unaware of what was taking place tonight.

The four Element witches stood in a Quarter each, Freya walked in the centre of the circle, Vincent sent out his Water Element encasing the salt circle in water, said a spell and turned it to ice, then Davina sent out her Fire Element that encircled the frozen circle,  a ring of fire around all of them within the magic circle,

"That is impressive." Elijah said to no one in particular, most murmuring their agreement though.

"What do think Valerie,?" Caroline asked her, at her side, Stefan on her other side.

Valerie grabbed Caroline's hand and kissed it, looking at her with a smile, "I think the Mikaelson and Bennett witches know precisely what they are doing."

All those around her relaxed slightly hearing her words, Finn, Sage and Kol had little doubt when it came the Witches for they had worked with the four, for three weeks but for everyone else, it was an apprehensive time, but Valerie's confidence soothed them.

"This is amazing I had no idea what witches were capable of." Cami whispered next to Damon watching the witches in action.

"Wait a see amazing ....babe, this is nothing yet," having watched Freya with the Knots back in Mystic Falls.

The four witches called up their Elements, and Water threads floated, Fire threads sparked and snapped, Earth threads sang, and Air threads howled and whipped, 

Freya pulled the Water thread to her and knotted it.

"The Knot of One, The spell has begun."

Then she pulled an earth thread and knotted it to the water thread.

"The Knot of Two, the spell is true."

The third thread was fire she knotted it with ease, 

"The Knot of three, the spell is free."

The fourth thread was air and she knotted it to the others,

"The Knot of four the power is stored."

Another fire thread knotted,

"The Knot of Five, the spell will thrive."

Freya pulled another air thread,

"The Knot of Six, the spell I fix."

The seventh thread another fire,

"The Knot of Seven, the spell will waken,"

She pulled an earth thread and Knotted it.

"The Knot of Eight, My fire Drake is Born," 

And the Fire Drake flew from her stomach into the air breathing out fire as it flew around the Oak Tree that held the Hollow. Everyone looking up at the sight of the large fire breathing Fire Drake, the Ancient Creature protecting Freya, it was a majestic sight.

Freya pulled another earth thread and knotted it.

"The Knot of Nine, The spell be Mine."

And then the last thread she pulled to knot was the fire thread, and the knot became intricate and complicated and ended up a symbol ball, glowing in her hands, she transferred it to one hand holding it in her palm and then all the Element Witches, their Element threads snapping, floating, sparking, and howling reached out to the center of the Oak Tree, The Centre of the Oak Tree cracking open, bark and wood falling to the ground, and Freya and the witches called the Hollow out, and the Blue Haze of the Spirit of  Inadu floated out screaming and shrieking, shaking the ground beneath them, the Element threads holding her in place, Freya said,
