CHAPTER 4

Hayley had slept deeply, Klaus had not come back to the room last night and Hayley had spread herself out on his massive bed. Klaus always had the best mattresses, his bed in the compound had been similar to this Hayley had often found Hope in Klaus's room sleeping snuggled up in his bed after he had left with the Hollow, it would make her heart ache, seeing Hope so sad about her Dad not being there. Hayley would get in the bed next to Hope pull her into her arms and cuddle while falling asleep.

 Showering and dressing going down stairs, she went to the kitchen and grabbed a blood bag, hearing the sound of heels she looked up to see Rebekah, Hayley poured some blood in a glass and handed it to Rebekah.

" Morning," Hayley greeted her smiling.

"Morning and thanks love," Taking a deep sip, "Let's see what Nik has been up to all night," Rebekah announced as she glided out of the room.

Hayley followed Rebekah to a study, entering Klaus sitting behind a desk looking out the window, glass of bourbon in hand.

"Morning Nik, what deeds were you up to last night?" Rebekah asked of him with a smirk.

Klaus turned to them both, "Mikael is dead I staked him last night, I have collected his ashes seeing as our older sister arrives tonight along with Marcel, Vincent, Keelin and Davina. I decided to save our lost sister the heartache of witnessing Father's death again." Hayley nodded her head in agreement.

"Marcel will be here tonight," Rebekah exclaimed with a smile, her love would be joining her soon.

"Hayley I need you to send two hybrids to Norway gather the soil we will need that to kill Dahlia," Klaus said looking at her.

"Okay."

"Nik I don't think we should pull the dagger from Finn until we have awoken Freya, at this time Mother is in his ear poisoning his mind towards us we will need Freya to connect with him soothe him," Rebekah said thoughtfully.

Hayley nodded in agreement.

"I agree Sister, I going to get some sleep now when arise I will undagger Elijah and Kol, Hayley we will need your manuscript," Klaus announced.

Hayley nodded and vamped to the bedroom then back in the study she put it on the desk.

"I'm going to check the wolves and ask Chris and Cindy to go to Norway," Hayley said to them both walking from the room.

When Klaus woke he showered dressed and left his room, he entered the Ballroom and took the daggers out of Elijah and Kol. Klaus, Rebekah and Hayley sat in the living room, Klaus drinking bourbon, Rebekah and Hayley sharing a bottle of red wine.

"I think I will contact Sage, tell her Finn is undaggered," Rebekah mused thoughtfully.

"You hate Sage Rebekah" Klaus smirked at her.

"I did, but in the last timeline she had waited for Finn, she loved him and he deserves some happiness, to have Freya and Sage in his life would be better for all Mikaelson's," Rebekah went on to explain.

"He was always an excellent strategist, a fierce fighter and if it will help him not to sink into a suicidal state, then have at it Sister," Klaus responded.

" I will," Rebekah declared.

"NIKLAUS."

"ELIJAH," Rebekah yelled vamping to him and embracing him in a bone crushing hug, "I have missed you Elijah."

"I have missed you too dear sister, Niklaus you have some explaining to do," Elijah spoke with firmness, stepping back from Rebekah with a smile, looking at Klaus and Hayley and the calmness of the atmosphere between this unknown woman and his brother was unsettling to him.
