A WEEK LATER.

Cami laying on Damon's chest running her hands down his alabaster skin, and his well defined torso, the sheets tangled at their feet at the foot of the bed, Damon stroking his hands down her naked back, the aftertaste of Cami's sweet blood in his mouth, his azzure coloured eyes held a dreamy gleam, Damon had fallen head over heels for this blonde human, her intelligence, her kindness, her maturity, her strength and she was beautiful, what he had felt for Katherine didn't come close to how he felt for Camille O' Connell.

"Make me a vampire" Cami said as she raised herself up looking down at him.

"What" Damon blurted out looking intently at her, astonished at her words.

"I love you and I'm not a teenager I know what it means to say those words I have never met a Man like you before, so honest, who loves his Brother so deeply that he forgives him turning him into a vampire, who loved and waited for an unworthy woman for a hundred and forty five years, who may not let anyone else see it but his conscience over his actions haunt him, who is so unapologetic about his vampire nature and owns it regardless of the consequences, who is kind and a gentleman, underneath the facade you put up. How can I have forever with you if I am not a vampire?" Cami said honestly to him, her eyes telling him the truth, Damon had been watching and listening to Cami for a week now and when she spoke her eyes spoke too.

"Eternity is not all it's cracked up to be" Damon said, he wanted to make sure she knew what she was asking here.

"I know, but we'll have each other, and I would make a great psychologist to the supernatural, don't you think?" she said smirking.

"Damon laughed, "You would, they would be lining up in the streets to have them treat you, you are the most non judgemental person I have ever crossed paths with." Damon said grinning.

"What about children?, Bonnie says there may be a spell for vampires, but for now, that's a big IF." Damon said.

"Well it's never been a burning desire, but if we can then sure, I love kids, and making them with you would be lovely, and they would be so cute, if you were open to it." Cami replied.

"How did I manage to finally met the right woman, did you fall from the heavens?" Damon said as he flipped them over and claimed her beautiful lips in a passionate kiss.

"Niklaus,"  Elijah said as he walked out to the balcony, "Are you well Brother." Elijah's voice held concern.

"Elijah, I see the peace treaty between the packs has been signed." Klaus said ignoring Elijah's question about his wellbeing.

"Yes, the Crescent pack wanted to remain in the bayou, they would have capitulated to any demands made to them by Hayley and Ansel, you staying out of the negotiations was a clever tactic Niklaus," Elijah confessed with a sly grin, Klaus smirking in acknowledgement.

"I am leaving for Mystic Falls shortly, for 2 weeks, I will send Rebekah back here to help with the organising of the parties, I will return for the parties, to help deal with any followers of the Hollow, our family witches seem to have the preparations in hand for the Hollow's death, you have everything in hand, my presence is not needed here for the moment." Klaus told him betraying nothing of the need inside himself to see Hayley again.

Elijah had known his Brother a long time, and had seen Niklaus become more solitary the past few days since his return from Oregon with Lucy,

"That is an excellent idea, Brother, Marcel will be pleased to have his Wife back for a few weeks, Caroline may feel a little put out, as Rebekah will certainly take over the plans for the parties,  I will keep in touch." Elijah said making sure not to let himself smile in Niklaus's presence as he left the balcony.
