"Alright then, let's go." Ciel said after Sebastian had informed us of Agni sneaking out in the middle of the night. They started going out the door but I stayed seated on my sofa chair.

"Aren't you coming?" Ciel questioned.

"No, you go. I'm sure if I go I would just slow you down. I can look after the servants so they don't tear your townhouse apart." I said smiling.

Ciel narrowed his eye slightly, "Alright then, you stay here and be safe." With that, the group consisting of Ciel, Sebastian, Lau, and Soma went off to follow Agni.

The reasons I didn't go was first, because of how cold it was outside, and second, I don't like doing thoes sneaking around thing, especially that they'll have to break into a Harold West's mansion.

While all that Sebby-deer-man thing was probaly happening in Harald West's estaste, I walked to the kitchen at where the servants were at.

Mey-Rin was the first to see me, she immediately stood up and bow, "My lady! How may I help you, yes?"

"Oh, don't worry, Mey-Rin, I'm just here to see how you four are."

"I am good, my lady, thank you, yes." She said cheerfully.

"So am I, thank you." Bard replied.

"Me two me two!" Finny said loudly.

"Ho ho ho." Tanaka sipped his tea.

I figuered that it would be about half an hour befroe they came back, so I chatted with the four, well, only three considering Tanaka just says 'ho ho ho' all the time. I got to know more about their background story than what the anime showed, which was quite interesting.

After a bit of time, I said to the servants, "Prepare some tea now for four please. Your master and his guests are about to return."

Just as I thought, they came in through the door a few minutes later. They seemed to be deep in thought, especially Soma. I joined them and sat down at the tea room.

"I'm glad to see you all came back safe and sound." I said, " I have told the maid to prepare tea. Mey-Rin!"

Mey-Rin came in with the tray of tea shakily and was about to spill it, but Sebastian caught her in time, and he took it from her.

"So, how did it go?" I asked.

They briefly described what happend back in Harold Weat's estate to me. Apparently West ordered Agni to attack Soma. Agni went berserk and broke a lot of things while trying to attack the Prince, but Sebastian saved him in time and they escaped back to here. They started discussing the event that took place.

"The man was inhuman." Lau stated and took a sip of his hot tea.

"It's Samadhi, a state of mental concentration. When he gets like that, no one can touch him." Soma said with a hint of sadness in his voice.

"Samadhi?"

"I imagine it is a type of trance." Sebastain spoke up, "He is producing superhuman power through his absolute faith in his master. It's the power of faith, born from beliving in and loving someone. A power we can never have." He said the last part a bit quieter. I assumed that by 'we' he meant demons. No one challenged him for what he said.

"Then why would he betray me?" Soma sounded like he was on the edge of crying. He slammed his tightly-clenched fists into the wooden table causing a rattle, "Why do the people close to me always leave!?" He took out his frutuation by sweeping the whole procelain tea set onto the floor, breaking all of it.

Ciel widened his eyes, "Why, you...!"

I looked at this teenage prince with narrowed eyes. That is one type of people I hate the most: spoilt, arrogant, self-centered. They think the universe revolve around them and never think about what others might feel of think. I despise them.
