Chapter 22- We Did It...!!!

"Amen" they claimed together
Gabriel opened his eyes and looked at Jenny, he was surprised, he saw her all in tears, her tears were running down her beautiful soft cheeks, soon she opened her eyes and unhold his hand to wipe her tears off, but Gabe was in quick action, He cupped her faced between his palms, wiping off her tears and asked her "Hey Jenn, is everything alright, you why are you weeping?"
She held a grip of his hand and said "Yeah! Gabe everything's fine, everything's alright. I ain't weepin' my friend, these are 'Tears Of Joy', I guess.
I feel happy.
Gabe it's so good to see you pray, and hear you, it's so good to see this, I mean the relationship between you and God is getting stronger and its such a pleasure and honour to witness it.
I'm so, so, so happy for you.
She hugged him and he hugged her back.
He smiled, he could feel the 'fountain of Joy' within him, he could feel this inner peace.
He rubbed her back and kissed her forehead.
They smiled at each other and were off to hospital.
Gabriel was drivin', while Jenny sat in the front seat beside him, they talked and laughed.

Soon they reached the hospital.
Jenny walked Gabriel to the particular department where his interview was goin' to be conducted.
She wished him "Hey, All The Best Gabe, God be with you"
"Thank you so much Jenn."
"Ummm... Uhhh.. just let me say this okay, plzzz, look you don't have to say it back", but I just want to say this right now. " Said Gabriel.
"Okay" she whispered.
" I love u Jenn, see you after the interview" Gabriel said.
He walked closer to her and hugged her for a couple of seconds.
"Yeah see you after the interview". She replied.

He walked into the main office, while she walked back into the hospital building to check on patients.
She checked her schedule, she had to check on 4 patients, and there were 5 other patients who needed her consultation regarding their heart's health.

While Gabriel was asked to sit for an hour or so as Dr. Sal was busy with some work.
After an hour they called him in for the interview.

She was done about in 1and a half hour.
While Gabriel's interview lasted for around 1 hour.

As soon as Jenny finished checkin' on her patients. She latched her room and sprinted towards the department where Gabriel was being interviewed.
She breathe heavily and smirked at herself.
She knew that she could feel for Gabriel. She knew that, this some kind of different feelings were developing in her for Gabriel, which she never felt before.

As soon as Gabriel was done, he shaked hands with the Interviewer, thanked them and walked out of the office. No sooner he walked out, she sprinted outside the department to see if Jenny was there. He saw Jenny standing outside waiting for him... He quiclky ran towards her, he lifted her up and twirled around thrice.
He was happy, she didn't know what was happening.
As soon as her feets touched the ground, he hugged her happily and Exclaimed
" Thank you Father..."
"Heyyy Jennnn I'm in, I've got in, they... They selected me.
Jennn we diddd ittt, we did it Jenn."
"Thank you God, thank you so much."

"Wowww!!! Thank you Jesus, thank you..." Jenny exclaimed.
"Hey Gabee congratulations...!!! Man.
Wow I'm so happy for you.
Wow you did it.." Said Jenny.

" Uhh-ohh... Naah" cuts Gabriel.
We did it Jenn, we.
God the miracle worker, with his help, your encouragement and offer... We did ittt!!!
Jenny Chuckled " Yeah We did it Gabe!!! Praise God."
"Pprraaiisseeee God!!! Loudly exclaimed Gabriel.
Both laughed.

" Oh! Jenn" Gabriel sighed.
He had tears in his eyes.
"Jenn I'm so happy, this... this is the first time I ever gave interview, and the first time ever I got selected.
I... I can't tell you how I feel, my joy is beyond what I think, what I thought.
I feel sooo Blessed to have you. Even though its just as a friend for now... But I feel blessed and Happy."
Beamed Gabriel.

" Hey come here" Jenny hugged Gabriel and said
" Gabe, I'm happy too, a lot happier, remember you said that you won't let us down?"
"Yeah" Gabriel approved and nodded.
"And you kept your words, God helped you.
You didn't let us down Gabe."
"Always Remember this Gabe, when you are true and with truth and against wrongs and false things.
God is always with you. God will always help you, always. Because he Is TRUTH himself."
" Remember to be true to urself and work hard Man.

Soon u will become a Professor from Asst. Professor.
Stay in God's presence and Be loyal to him. He loves you and he always will love you. Never forget him, never forget what he has done and what he is doin'
Always thank him for everything, even when u r sad or happy or healthy or unwell..... Just always thank him. Okay!!"
Said Jennifer.
" Yes Jenn, thank you so much, I think I needed to hear this.
Thank you. " exclaimed Gabriel.
" Yeah, sure Anytime Gabe."
" Well Gabe regarding the flat, u don't have to worry about that, u can stay at mine. I mean it's spacious, u can make urself comfortable okay... U don't have to look for other house or flat, don't use your money in that... Once u save a good amount of money then u can directly build a beautiful home okay!
Think about it and let me know.
And yeah I'm okay with you staying at mine. So don't worry about that." Said Jenny.

Suddenly Jenny's cell rang, she received the call, she was urgently called for the surgery, it was an emergency case.

" Umm... Heyy Gabriel, I have to go it's an emergency. " she sprinted.
Gabriel Followed her.
She Quickly got into her room and changed into surgery's clothes... She Prayed to God, she asked God for Strength, focus and guidance for her and everyone in the team.
While Gabriel waited outside her room.
She got out of the room and rushed towards the OT, she told him to go back home, and she swiftly got into the ICU.

The team was already in.
Dr. Mic was an anesthesiologist so he gave Anesthesia to the patient.
It was a Maze surgery procedure, Electrical signals within his hearts were off path, so they had to redirect it along a controlled path to the lower heart Chambers.
So this surgery blocks the stray electrical signals- Because if those stray electrical signals are not blocked they can cause Atrial Fibrillation (poor blood flow) it is a type of serious arrhythmia.

It took them around 3 hours and 25 minutes to complete the surgery.
While Gabriel called Nathan and told him about his Job.
Nathan was filled with Joy he was happy for Gabriel, he was very Happy.
Nathan also told Gabriel that he was goin' to help his father with the business further, as he was growing old.
Gabriel supported and respected Nathan's decision and he was happy for Nathan too... As finally he decided to help his dad.
Nathan's dad was unwell, he had tumor, and was under treatment.
They talked for around 15 minutes.
Later Gabriel waited outside the OT. He sat on the chair.
He rested his head on the wall behind him.
He didn't know, but soon he fell asleep.
His Hands were folded on his abs.

After the surgery, the patient was moved to the ICU and was under observation.
Jenny walked out the OT and talked to patient's family and assured them, that he was totally fine....and the surgery was a success..
After talkin' to them, as she was walkin she saw Gabriel.
