"Are we set?" T'Challa asks.

"Yep," I cup my hands readily, "let's do this thing."

T'Challa takes a few steps back before taking off into a sprint. We use my super strength to launch him into the air.

He swipes the side of the weapons aircraft that's on route to leave, causing it to explode to the ground.

The other Wakandans shriek and gasp in surprise as the Black Panther emerges from the flames.

I can hear a faint voice, Okoye saying happily, "He lives."

"N'Jadaka!" T'Challa calls.

"Wassup?" he replies.

What an American-raised idiot...

"I never yielded! And as you can see," he presents himself, "I am not dead!"

"All that challenge shit is over with! I'm the king now!" Killmonger replies confidently, "Get those planes in the air! Carry out the mission!"

Scattering footsteps can be heard from the Wakandans still obeying orders.

"Shuri, now." T'Challa whispers into our coms.

"Copy that."

The Border Tribe charges towards him, following their leader's commands, and fighting commences.

"Welp, looks like it's our time to shine, Buck." I state running onto the battle field.

He follows quickly after me.

It's been so long since I've fought like this, and the adrenaline feels amazing as it courses through my veins. At this point, every move I make is muscle memory. I try not to severely injure anyone, but... it'd be fun.

Suddenly, a horn blows, loud enough to drown out the fighting.

I scan the perimeter, and I make out several large figures. Rhinos.

They begin stampeding the Dora Milaje, knocking them down one by one. T'Challa is able to take a rhino down.

'Bucky; rhino'

Oh no...

"Bucky, look out!" I call, sprinting through the battle field.

He's in the animal's direct line of fire, but he's preoccupied by fighting a soldier with one arm. There's no way that Bucky can get out of this situation.

The rhino continues to charge, getting closer by the second. Bucky spots the animal by its large shadow, knowing that he couldn't stop it, he braces for his fate. However, it never comes. I'm able to step in between them, using my super strength to guide the animal to the ground.

"Thanks," he breathes out.

"Anytime," I reply lifting him up from the dirt.

'Shuri'

My gaze immediately finds her on the balcony of the Mound. The Killmonger is towering over her, but I could never get there in time.

He raises his weapon and my breath hitches.

She can't die...

Suddenly, T'Challa pummels into him, taking both men into the mines.

We find ourselves surrounded by Border Tribe soldiers, their giant shields held high.

"Surrender now!" their leader yells, "You have three seconds to lay down your weapon! One... Two... Th-"
