Beomgyu spent the past week in an uncomfortable veil of wonders that invaded him and settled in his head. He couldn't stop thinking about the blonde and how he felt an obvious negative attitude towards himself from the male. No one else had managed to notice that besides Beomgyu, because in front of Yeonjun or others, Taehyun was acting like he was fond of him when he wasn't indeed. It was very disturbing to Beomgyu. It wasn't easy to be a new member of the family and feel disliked by his brother-in-law. No matter how many times Beomgyu pondered on that, he couldn't still bring himself to figure out what Taehyun's problem could be with him.

Could it be because of their 'little accident' on their first meeting on the wedding day? Had Taehyun assumed that he could be disloyal to Yeonjun or anything like that?

Even thinking about that idea was too bothersome to Beomgyu, because he didn't want to be perceived like that. It felt harassing. Beomgyu was certain and didn't doubt that he could be the most loyal husband Yeonjun had ever seen, because the latter absolutely deserved the right person who would love him properly and be ready to sacrifice anything for him. Beomgyu was willing to be that right person; to make Yeonjun's life brighter and joyful every day; to prove that he could be loyal and worthy of his husband. If Taehyun really thought that they weren't suitable for each other and Beomgyu would end up hurting Yeonjun, then Beomgyu would do anything it could take to prove him wrong. He would show the male that despite carrying the broken pieces of himself with his heart, he could still have the ability to love and care for another being.

All his life he had been nothing, but a weakling, selfish and full of egoism. He'd been a no one, invisible to everyone around him. The only time others would notice him was when they'd want to hurt him and add onto his already existent wounds. They would crush him underfoot and take every humanely feeling from him one by one. This was the past, the dark memories which were supposed to just stay in the deepest part of his recollections, so they would never affect his present which was completely different from the days Beomgyu had lived by then. Beomgyu's life was different now and for the first time, he was on the right path. He was now noticed and truly loved, he was cherished and cared for every day. He could even feel the wounds on his soul healing one by one, slowly making him whole again.

New life, new Beomgyu. That's what Beomgyu was trying to achieve slowly every day. He didn't want to stay his old self in his new life which was full of fresh experiences. He needed a new himself to make everything okay and find harmony with himself. He needed to blossom and become firmer, so he wouldn't be perceived as weak and miserable anymore.

Beomgyu was doing everything he could to slowly overcome his insecurities, traumas, the weakest sides of himself and dependence on others. Those weren't the things Beomgyu could achieve in one day or even one month. It could take much more time to finally become the person Beomgyu always wanted to be, however, he had already taken the first big step towards his dreams_ he found the dead ambitions in the depth of his heart and watered them, so he could feel more eager and alive, he could be strong like those around him.

It was probably a good thing that Taehyun hadn't been in the house the whole week, because Beomgyu didn't have to stress out because of him. To say the truth, neither Beomgyu liked the male much because he supposed that Taehyun was strange. He was nothing like his brother. He seemed cold and always looked like he had no care in the world. He wasn't the type to take important events serious and he always looked in the same indifferent mood. Beomgyu didn't quite like that fact, because it confused him really bad. He could say that the blonde was fake and liked dissembling himself. On top of that, he didn't even look like he was as excited to be back home as his brother. Beomgyu knew how much Yeonjun was willing to spend his time with his brother after so long, but Taehyun left.
