"true happines"

The night was calm and serene. The stars twinkled brightly in the sky and cast a silvery glow on the dark forest. The moon shone brightly above the trees, making everything look like it was surrounded by a milky silver glow.

It also invaded a certain room through the open windows, bathing everything with its soft light inside as if it was trying to draw some of the attention in the room, but two males inside were too lost in each other's eyes to notice anything else other than confusing and hidden emotions swirling in their orbs and mixing in the atmosphere that surrounded them like the clouds surrounding the moon, however, their attentions were too occupied by their feelings for any of that to matter.

"We have nothing to talk about", Beomgyu said resolutely, his eyes sharp and intense as he glared at the blonde with angry sparkles dancing across his irises.

At this point, Taehyun said nothing, just continued gazing at him with sadness and desperation glinting in his blue eyes. It almost looked like he had too much to say, but his words just weren't coming out and he wasn't certain whether Beomgyu could feel the turmoil inside of him.

He felt helpless, not knowing what to do or how to say everything he had bottled up inside him. It felt much harder than he would ever imagine and it made him want to just give up already and run away from the boy once more, but he knew he would burn all bridges that led him to Beomgyu like that, so he waited, hoping to find the words to confess because he knew this moment was special between the both of them, a rare one even, and the moment he would confess, everything would be okay again. He would make things alright and get back the boy's heart because he needed Beomgyu by his side, more than ever. He was afraid, scared and he needed Beomgyu to put an end to those voices in his head that were telling him that nothing would be okay; that the darkness and insanity he was so terrified of would eventually get hold of him and take over. He knew he couldn't do this alone. He couldn't fight this without him.

A moment of silence passed between the two and it nearly suffocated Beomgyu. His cheeks turned slightly red under Taehyun's gaze which was so full of something too desperate with a hint of fear and so much more, but Beomgyu hated being the centre of those stares he got from the younger. It always made him feel offended and humiliated.

"Are you deaf?!", he finally spat harshly as he was getting fed up by the younger's annoying silence and glared daggers at him, "Get out! Now!"

Beomgyu harshly grabbed his arm and grasped the handle with another hand, so he could open the door and throw the male outside, however, before he could manage to do any of that, something happened... something so shocking that it completely stole Beomgyu's attention away from what he was doing and took his breath away. It brightened up his world in a flash as if someone had just flipped a switch and the whole universe started sparkling all of a sudden.

He went numb. He could do nothing but stand frozen in his place as his mind went blank for a moment, almost unable to comprehend the fact Taehyun was pulling him by his neck and kissing him fiercely and passionately as if he was ready to kiss him until the end of the world without stopping for once if he had to.

It all happened too fast. Beomgyu saw immediate stars flash across his head. His heartbeat sped up as if he had sprinted across the entire city as he remained shocked and frozen on the spot. His hands trembled as his breath hitched and his lips parted slightly, unintentionally giving the younger's tongue the way to invade him and explore him. Beomgyu wasn't certain how, but he tasted salt when Taehyun's tongue touched his one, but where did that taste come from?

He was clueless about that and that's why he felt confused at first as questions started to fill his mind, but they disappeared very soon as he felt something warm and wet, almost like a stream, running down his cheeks and trickling down his chin, falling on their chests that were tightly pressed against each other.
