Izuku stood in the trunk bed, sorting the boxes as Katsuki brought them out on the dolly, gun on top of the cab for a quick grab just in case.
"There's quite a bit, especially considering how cleaned out the shelves were," Izuku mused as Katsuki came out of the doors with the dolly a third time.
The blond rolled his eyes. "Haven't you ever watched a zombie show? They always clear the shelves. Not one person goes to the damn stock room. It's too smart, apparently. Gotta grab what's on the fucking shelves."
Izuku laughed softly, hoisting up one of the boxes on top of another. "Hey, you got the tarp, right?"
"Of course I did," Katsuki scoffed, lifting the last box onto the tailgate. "Alright, I think only one more load will fit back here. The bags are taking up the whole backseat, so we don't have anymore room."
"You're right." Izuku planted his hands on his hips, sweeping his gaze over their growing stock. He adjusted the boxes, making sure they were secured as he waited for Katsuki to return with the last load.
They finished filling up the truck bed and pulled the tarp over, strapping it down. Good thing, because the clouds were still heavy in the sky, even after the previous storm.
Katsuki drove this time, slouched in the driver's chair with one hand on the wheel.
Izuku pursed his lips, pencil tapping the the journal as he read through the inventory, adding what he remembered of the new stock. "Did you grab a box of rice-"
"Yes. Two boxes."
"And was there flour-"
"Yes, a box of flour, and box of sugar."
"Ooh, sugar." Izuku grinned as he wrote that down. "We need to count how much is in each box of everything."
Katsuki scrunched his nose, glancing over to his travel companion. "You say weird shit."
Izuku huffed, brow raised as he looked to Katsuki. "Who kissed who first?"
"What?"
"Who kissed who first? Tell me."
Katsuki scowled and glared out the windshield, grip tightening on the steering wheel. He scoffed as Izuku laughed at him. "I'll fuckin' kiss the shit outta you. Kiss that smug look off your smug little face."
The greenette laughed more, shutting the journal and tossing it into the backseat. "How do you kiss a look off of someone's face?" He didn't mean it as a challenge, but Katsuki certainly took it as one.
The truck screeched to a halt, middle of the road, Izuku yelping and bracing against the dash. Katsuki put the truck in park, reached down and set his chair back before grabbing the collar of Izuku's flannel and yanking him close. "Like this, you fuckin' nerd," then smashed their faces together.
Izuku gasped, shock making him go rigid.
God, they're lucky traffic is no longer a thing.
No, don't think about traffic, Katsuki is kissing you, you fucking moron-
Katsuki groaned, pulling back enough to glare into Izuki's eyes. "Gonna kiss me back, or you just gonna sit there like a Goddamn doll?"
The greenette reached up quickly, cupping Katsuki's face and pulling him back. "Kiss you," he whined against Katsuki's lips, leaning over the console.
He huffed and shifted, the console becoming incredibly uncomfortable very quickly.
"Here-" Katsuki grunted, pushing it back and pulling on Izuku. "Over here- c'mere..."
