"Wake up, my Lia, we're here," Demi muttered quietly while shaking me lightly.
I opened my eyes and smiled slightly at her.
"Give me time for the bathroom babe," I said.
I walked towards the bathroom, splashed my face with water and flattened my hair.
"Be confident. You can do this," I spoke to my reflection. Since I was a kid, this has helped me a lot.
I walked out, took Demi's hand and breathed deeply.
"I'm ready."
