Online classes started and the second half of the first semester 'welcome' us. I have so many tasks to do pero I still find things to have time for myself para naman hindi mababad utak ko sa acads.
I kept my friendship with Matthew, and we carry on as usual with our favorite activities as if the previous week's tearful incident never happened.
Si Matt kasi ang pinaka close ko aside from Brian and Niko, eh... Tapos si Elle naman pag sa babae LOL.
Our friends understand the situation of Matt and I so it's all good, I guess. I also reminded them our 1st rule, no falling in love within this circle, but if ever one of you fell, sapak muna ang mararating bago ang support.
After mag Morning Prayer, may check in muna gaganapin every Tuesday by section o strand. So may attendance checking na naman kami with the Teacher-in-charge. Pinabilin niya mag on cam kami dahil may new student daw sasali samin.
November na ah, bakit ngayon lang naka attend ng class?
"Good morning, ABM class! We have a new student here and she is Lucyiana Rhys Alvardo. Please introduce yourself to the class," pagbati ni Ma'am sa new student na pangalan Lucyiana.
Hmm, that name sounds nice.
Bigla may nag on microphone at on ng camera na dahilan nakita na namin siya sa screen. "Hello, classmates! As you have heard from Ms., I'm Lucyiana Alvarado but you can also call me Luna. I'm 18 years old. I hope we can be friends," bati niya sa amin pero in a cold tone.
Nag salita na din si Ma'am at sinabihan ako na daw bahala kay Luna mag sabi ng mga school and online class rules and regulations. Pumayag naman ako since ayun ang isa sa mga responsibilidad ko bilang VP.
After ng check in, nagsimula na mag start ang class ni Ma'am since siya ang una subject ngayong Tuesday.
Recess time na at may 30 minutes pa ako mag sabi o remind kay Luna about the rules and the like, pero nagpakilala muna ako and make sure that she will be comfortable sa'kin, at least.
"Hello, my name is Estella Avery Agustin, Stella in short. 17 years old. As you may know earlier, I'm the VP in class. If you need anything just tell me, okay? Huwag ka mahiya dahil magkaibigan na po tayo hehe," chat ko sa kanya sa messenger, which she seen already.
"Hello! Maraming salamat :))" Ay wow mabait naman pala?
"I'll tell you the rules and regulations this time pero 'pag di nakaya ng time, during lunch or free time na lang natin. Oks lang ba sayo na mag call?"
"Sure sure."
Sa signal na iyon, bigla ko pinindot ang call icon at nakita siya na may dala Jollibee sa harapan niya. Naks, nakakagutom naman. Sana all may food.
Ngumiti ako sa kanya once na tumingin siya sakin na may pag-alala dahil hindi ako nagsasalita kanina pa dahil sa pagtulala sa pagkain. "Don't worry kumain naman na ako kanina. Sige, while you're eating, listen to the rules, okay?"
Nag salute siya at nagsimula na kainin spaghetti niya."Yes, sir!" Cute.
"Okay ahmm... Una, sa face to face in school and online classes, may dress codes po tayo kailangan sundin. Sa girls bawal ang mga crop top, ripped jeans, short shorts and the like. Bawal sa boys mag sando lang, dapat may school uniform or polo na soot. Bawal in both genders mag hair color, tattoo and piercing. Bawal ang--"
"Dami namang bawal, Ma'am?" angal ni Luna habang kumakain pa rin. Tumawa ako sa sinabi niya kasi ako naiinis din.
Inangat ko yung balikat ko para sabihin na "Wala tayo magagawa eh, ganito talaga para ma-disiplina tayo ."
Luna scoffed when I said the "discipline" word. "Yeah, right."
Huhu baket ang cold mo? Wala naman ako sinabi na masama.
"Anyways, continue po, Stella."
I nodded and continue to say the rules and regulations to her habang siya nakikinig pa rin. Ang cute niya kasi may sauce ng Spaghetti ang bibig niya, kaso ang cold niya, eh.
After the call with Luna, the online class started na. The subject is Personal Development, one of my favorite subjects since it helps you to know more about yourself, the issues that are happening in society, and the course you will like to take in college. We started opening our cameras once Miss entered the call.
Dahil VP ako, naisipan ko with the other officers na what if we make a tally na kung sino ang hindi naka on cam for the whole meeting or for the day, ay sila mag lead sa prayer or sa mga activities sa school. Luckily, madami naman nag bubukas ng cam, medyo halata ayaw nila magkaroon ng consequence ah. Tapos yung iba ay hindi kaya mag on camera dahil daw naka data lang sila or pag na open nila yun, mag lag gadget nila which we all understand naman pero still they have to lead the morning prayer pa rin.
Luna became the prayer leader for today since she is the new student. Hindi siya nag sign of the cross since hindi pala siya Katoliko, kasi Iglesia siya.
Sayang naman, different religions kami.
AY, bakit ko ba naiisip 'yan? Stella focus sa class!!
Sinabi si miss na maghanap daw kami ng pair ngayon dahil may project daw kailangan gawin na hindi pa niya sinasabi. Sana 'yung project ay hindi related sa paggamit masyado ng utak.
As I was about to chat with Matthew after seeing his message in my phone's notifications, Luna initiated a conversation with me.
Messenger notifications:
Luna: Hey! Pwede po ba tayo maging partner? Nahihiya ako sa mga classmates natin, eh. At ikaw lang ang kilala ko doon.
Matthew: Stellaaaa tayo na lang mag pair para tulungan din kita! of course, if ever mahihirapan ka.
Hala bakit sabay pa kayo? Pwede ba maging trio na lang, miss?
Sadly nakalagay sa powerpoint na two people lang kailangan since equal kami dito sa class. Aba sino na pipiliin ko?
