QUACKITY JUMPED FOR JOY, his communicator in hand. you finally called him back. after weeks upon weeks of being mia, and quackity and his search group consisting of eret, sam, and ant on the brink of giving up and proclaiming you dead (maybe even another case similar to alyssa's), you reached out to him over the phone.
he no longer felt the need to wear his old vest from the first expedition, feeling free as a bird while he kept sprinting towards the east door of an unknown cube, grinning to himself upon the thought of your voice and the short yet hefty conversation you had.
Y: so will you join me in beating the enderdragon with me?
Q: y/n/n, you'd know i'd love nothing more.
Y: that's perfect! let's meet up someday.
quackity was just happy to know you were safe, but to hear of your exquisite plans and the crazy amount of research you've obtained among residing in the dream smp is insane to him. he always knew you were smart and capable of following in ponk's footsteps. you always talked passionately about science and math, and he had a sense that you were reliable when it came to extensive knowledge—maybe even stuff you'd see in trivial games. you were definitely an intellectual, an adaptable brain that quackity couldn't match himself but only attempt to understand. that's one of the things he loves most about you.
while he continued treading towards the east, remembering his route that led back to the smp and sensing no shifts within the cubes, the air felt crisper, and the ground felt like one that bonded with his spirit. he felt.. free. that would probably be the right word. and he had a gut feeling that this freedom would only expand with your knowledge-filled brain against a mighty, mythical dragon. the possibilities were utterly endless. everyone in the smp have dreamt at least once about what it would be like to find something so astonishing. maybe it would be outside of the cubes. maybe it wouldn't. but either way, it was something unimaginable... definitely not unobtainable.
