Chapter 7: The One Blush Chapter

Nicholas "Mush" Meyers has a massive attraction to Louis "Kid Blink" Balletti.

Not that anyone doesn't know that.

They first met when Specs introduced Mush to his boyfriend, Romeo. Blink happened to be sitting there in the small diner, looking as handsome as ever. Just enough to make Mush almost fall in love.

"Hi", Mush greeted shyly. "I'm Mush- er, Nick."

Blink chuckled. "Name's Blink."

Mush nodded, seeing as the name suited the taller. He saw an eye patch on his eye, making him resemble a shaggy pirate. Mush chuckled quietly at the thought, staring into the eye he could see. Pirate.

"Mush, this is Romeo", Specs says, pulling the two away from each other. "The biggest flirt in the area."

"Oh, Specsie", Romeo giggled, looking up at his boyfriend and holding his hand. "You know I only flirt with you. I mean, you are the fairest of them all."

Mush giggled as Blink groaned in annoyance, shaking his head. "The amount of times he practiced that line in the mirror..."

Mush and Specs laughed as Romeo threw a french fry at Blink.

It was the first time Blink and Mush met.

And the first thing to go through their heads when they kissed for the first time.

Blink crawled through Jack's window, seeing the younger sorting through his photos.

Mush walked through Specs front door, seeing both him and Davey on the couch.

Jack glanced up from his place on the floor, unaffected by one of his best friends climbing through his window. "Hey."

"Jackson, I'm in love", Blink says airily as Jack rolls his eyes. "He's perfect."

"It's like he was made for me", Mush gushed, flopping onto the couch.

"Go over to the love seat", Jack mumbled, placing the photos back on the floor and walking to the corner of his room. "I'm suspectin' it's Mush?"

"Who else is the most beautiful person in the entire world?"

"I'm sure Albert, Specs, Romeo, and Elmer would beg to differ."

"I'd like to think Romeo is the most beautiful person in the entire world", Specs shouts, looking at the kitchen. The three guys heard Romeo groan and yell, "You're killin' me, Specs!"

The three of them laughed. "Continue", Specs gestures.

"Whatever. Point is, I want to marry this man."

"Woah!" Jack says, sitting in front of the love seat. He had a smirk on his face. "That seems a bit far in the future, huh? I mean, you guys ain't even kissed yet."

"Right?" Davey says, seeing Mush look away with a Blush on his face.

"Well", Blink drags the 'L' out, leaving Jack on his toes. "I may have just come from his apartment..."

"HE WAS IN YOUR APARTMENT?!" Specs shouted, Davey shocked, Mush embarrassed, and Romeo listening in as he moved to sit on Specs' lap. "What?!"

"Holy crow! Blink Balletti got some!" Jack laughed and shouted, happy for his friend.

"Pipe down! We only kissed." Mush let a small smirk and blush creep onto his face. "But it was the best thing I've ever done", he squealed.

Everyone jumped and hollered, celebrating this exciting new time. They made sure the neighbors heard, as well as the people on the next street over. It was a momentous occasion! They should be allowed to scream.
