Google, How Do I Clear My Godfather's Name?

"Hey Muggles! I wanted to update you guys! I got all my supplies and a new phone!" Harry raised the phone up and ran their hand horizontally under it. "I'll do a tour of my house and neighborhood eventually. Anyway, I need some help! I told you about my Godfather, well he is currently a wanted criminal, but he is innocent. I want to help clear his name!"

"Um, now that that's out of the way, I think I should tell you about last year at Hogwarts. A house elf showed up at my house before I even got to the school! He warned me that something bad was going to happen and I couldn't return to school. I told him to piss off, obviously! Then when me and my best mate Ro- um, Rin, let's call him Rin, when we went to get onto the platform, it closed off on us! That house elf had locked the platform so we couldn't get on the train!"

"We ended up taking his dad's car, which had been made to fly, all the way to Hogwarts! We crashed into the Whomping Willow, it's a willow tree that is super aggressive and tries to fight everything! It wasn't until Halloween that something happened, Film, the janitor at school, his cat got petrified and a message written in blood was on the wall next to her! This kept happening all year! Students and even a ghost got petrified throughout the year by 'The Heir of Slytherin'. People thought I was the Heir after they found out I could talk to snakes."

"It turns out that the person behind it was Rin's little sister, Gimmy, who was being possessed by the memory of a guy trapped in a diary. The memory was Tim Roddle, yes the same dude who tried to kill me and did kill my parents. He was trying to take Gimmy's life to make himself real and alive. I had to fight a basilisk, it's a giant snake, with the sword of Gryffindor! I had a fang stuck in my arm, but Fawkes, a phoenix, healed me! That's the gist of my last school year. This year we get to pick up to two elective courses! Rin wanted us to take Divination and Care of Magical Creatures. I decided to take CoMC and Ancient Runes, it seemed really interesting!"

"Before I sign off, I wanted to ask you guys to use they/them pronouns for now. I'm trying something new! Either it sticks or I try another set. I guess we'll see! As always, have a nice day or night, Potter Out!"

Harry grabs the book on law making and trials in the wizarding world, they really wanted to clear Sirius's name. Maybe then they could leave Privet Drive! The book would have been pretty interesting, except for the fact that the author was clearly a stuffy white guy who was older than dirt. Despite this, they were determined to finish the damn thing! They had already found a solution: veritaserum, but they had started the book and they were not a quitter! They made their way downstairs to read in their chair when a thought occurred to them.

"Hey Sirius, you said you were going to get revenge on the guy who sold out my parents. Where is he?"

"I saw him in the newspaper, he was with the Weasley family as a pet, I think. I was going to switch him out for a regular rat."

"We could turn him in! And then get a trial with Veritaserum! We could have you free in no time!"

The two were jumping around excitedly at the thought of Sirius being free! They were eventually yelled at by Aspen who didn't like the furniture bouncing. They eventually calmed down, Harry sitting down to read and Sirius going to raid the cabinets for a snack; they had finally got his appetite to a semi-normal level. The afternoon was promising to be calm and gentle. At least until someone aggressively knocked on the front door.
