The next morning, Mizuki quickly prepared and went to Tadashi's lab.

There Tadashi laid on his mattress, still asleep. Mizuki sat on the ground, next to him. Mizuki giggled and pats Tadashi's head.

With her touch, Tadashi woke up and slowly sat up. Tadashi looked at Mizuki and smiled.

"Morning.." He yawned.

Mizuki giggled and greeted him too.

"Tadashi! It's the grand opening of the fair today!" Mizuki reminded excitedly.

Tadashi smiled and said "i know" he looked at Mizuki and Mizuki looked back confuse.

"Aren't we suppose to go there?" She asked. Tadashi chuckled.

"it opens in the afternoon" he explained.

Mizuki blushed and got embarrassed on how early she got prepared. She even woke Tadashi up. She covered her face with pure embarrassment and squeaked.

Tadashi find it cute, but this isn't the right time for him to compliment her because she might get embarrassed even more. Tadashi placed his hand on her shoulder

"hey" he called out as Mizuki looked at him, a blush is still on her face.

"It's okay, we all do that sometimes. Right? We even don't mind the time" he chuckled. Mizuki laughed and nodded

"I guess I should let you go back to sleep" she muttered smiling and stood up.

"No no no, i was half awake when you fully woke me up" he said

"then I suggest you should rest more" she giggled as she was about to exit his lab.

"Wait" Tadashi reached his hand out.

Mizuki stopped from her tracks and turned around to look at Tadashi.

"Can you.... Stay here for a moment?" Tadashi scratched the back of his head. Mizuki tilted her head.

"hm? Is there something you need?" She asked.

"Yes!.. I-I mean... No... I-I mean..." Tadashi took a heavy sigh.

"I just need a little accompany" he finally mentioned, looking away.

Mizuki giggled at his reaction, approached him and sat on the ground where she was awhile ago.

"well.. Alright then!" Mizuki smiled.

"I hope you don't mind" he smiled.

"no, not really" she smiled even wider.

Tadashi asked himself if he's dreaming because this might be a miracle for him. Right after being rejected by his attempting action, she still decided to be next to him.

This thought made him blush quite visible enough for her to see. Mizuki immediately noticed this.

"Tadashi? Are you alright?" She asked.

"huh? W-what?" He asked.

"your face is red" Mizuki touched Tadashi's cheeks.

The feeling of her touch made Tadashi's heart skip a beat and almost made him wanting to feel this moment for an eternity. He turned red even more.

"Tadashi! You're burning" Mizuki's eyes widened.

She felt Tadashi's face heat up as if he caught a cold or worse, a fever. Mizuki stood up.

"stay here, i'll go get a towel" Mizuki reminded.

A couple of minutes passed and Mizuki brought a wet towel together with a small bucket filled with water. Mizuki sat on the ground then proceeded to dip the towel in the bucket with water. She then twisted the towel to remove the excess water then decided to place it on Tadashi's forehead.

"lay down for a minute" Mizuki reminded him.

He just nodded and laid down. Mizuki touched Tadashi's face once again and there she felt that he felt better already.

Tadashi blushed at the thought that she really thought that he was sick and for that, she took care of him until he gets better.

"Thanks Mizuki, I felt better already" Tadashi smiled

"Now, let me get prepared and we'll be out to the fair" Tadashi grinned at Mizuki as her face lit up in joy and nodded.
