Destined Fate

Affection?

Mizuki was planning to create another blue print for her project and decided to fetch some more from her lab.

But right before Mizuki reaches her lab, she must pass Tadashi's lab, first. Mizuki walked in the hallway and she heard familiar voices which are her friends'.

They were coming from Tadashi's lab. Mizuki then wanted to join their conversation and approached the door. But as she reached out for the door handle, she heard something from Fred that stopped her from her tracks.

"Dude, you must tell her how you really feel" Fred said as if he's coaching someone.

"He's right, Tadashi. This will help you progress" Honey Lemon agreed.

Mizuki's eyes widened and took a step back.

"If you really think Mizuki's very important, you must learn a way to show her how you really feel" Fred added.

Mizuki slightly gasped at what she heard and stepped back a bit further. Mizuki remained silent and went to her lab. Mizuki sat on her chair and faced the desk.

"Tadashi... Likes me..?" Mizuki asked herself.

Mizuki soon got mixed emotions. She can't tell if this is a bad thing or a good thing.

Night time came and Mizuki couldn't sleep. She's been thinking on why she hadn't noticed Tadashi's efforts until she heard the conversation that Tadashi and his friends had. Is it because she refuses that someone likes her? Or is it because she's too afraid to fall inlove again?

Mizuki shook her head and covered her face with her hands. She forces herself to sleep but she couldn't. Soon, Mizuki heard a soft knock on the door. Mizuki slowly got up and approached the door.

Mizuki opened the door to reveal Tadashi, smiling at her.

"Tadashi..." Mizuki smiled.

"Hey.. I.. Uh...wanted to give you something.." Tadashi trailed off.

Mizuki tilted her head as if she's confused. Tadashi handed out a rose to Mizuki. Mizuki widened her eyes and looked at Tadashi. He was smiling, a tint of blush is forming on his cheeks. Mizuki giggled and accepted the rose that he's offering and thanked him.

"You're welcome, glad you liked it" Tadashi grinned.

"Well.. I should get going now, it's getting late" Tadashi mentioned as he turned around to leave.

"Okay. Thanks again, Tadashi" Mizuki giggled and Tadashi turned his head, smiled at her and went to his lab.

Mizuki took care of the rose, she even placed it on a small vase with little water in it to keep it fresh and secured. Mizuki smiled and went back to bed and finally drifted to sleep.
